Better attitudes and customer service would be appreciated. I'm all for supporting family-owned, local businesses, but we will not return in the future due to final pricing being much higher than what we were quoted. What made it worse was we were sent there on a recommendation from a friend who has brought a lot of business to the store and that fact did not seem to matter to the associates we dealt with at all. We will not be returning.

I am highly impressed with Kenco Outfitters and it’s staff. I was very hesitant about ordering a kayak online without being able to look at and inspect it, on top of that having it shipped by a freight company. After many calls and all of my questions answered by Bruce and Janet I felt very confident about placing my order, Bruce even unwrapped the kayak, inspected it and sent me pictures, I couldn’t have asked for any better service. Great job Bruce and Janet

Had a great learning and buying experience. Working with Marcus Johnson was a great pleasure. He worked with my daughter and myself. Who are beginner archery students. Very patient and knowledgeable. We will be going back for more equipment and lessons.

I have a rave! I bought a new pair of keen shoes 6 months ago. Yesterday I noticed the soles were starting to come apart. So I stopped in the place today and the looked at the soles and went and got me a new pair and replaced them with no trouble at all. They told me typically they send them back to the supplier after a couple of months but they made an exception for me because I don’t really have any other shoes to wear to work. It was the best possible experience I could ask for. They got me lock, stock and barrel now. The service is exceptional. So a huge thank you to the owners and crew at kenco in kingston for a great experience!

Had a great time today learning how to Fly fish at the class today. A little bit chilly and windy. But the did a good job at teaching us the basics. The store is awesome too. From archery to kayaks to hiking and fishing. This store has pretty much what you need.

I ordered a paddleboard for my birthday. Unfortunately, the delivery company damaged the board making it not seaworthy. The folks at Kenco, especially Janet, their representative went out of her way to expedite my new board.

The team at Kenco was very kind and professional when it came to helping me pick out and install my Thule cargo system. The staff is a reminder of why we need to support local businesses. It was my first time in the store but sure won't be my last, worth the trip.

My fiancé and I go here to get boots, as we need them for work....I agree with a previous post that stated people that work here are WAY more focused on socializing with each other than helping customers. Every time I've went in there I have to wait on line for a ridiculous amount of time because the workers are talking to each other instead of helping the customer...and once you're at the counter whoever is helping you often doesn't know something and has to walk away for a
