they just dont get any better... what a waste of my beef.. more bone that meat on the cuts. let alone the size of some of the cuts.. will not even fit in pan.. outter flesh not cut off after hanging for two plus weeks with no fat on the carcass... last time... use caution. .

We had a steer purchased at the YMBL Auction processed here, along with a pig from Law Farms. They were prompt in processing, all cuts are pretty much exactly what I’d asked for, and the slim jim sausage is out if this world. I should have got more of them !

Horrible , thieves . Don’t take anything here .Sent a steer to them hanging weight 1015lbsWe got back 400 lbs of meat INCLUDING PACKAGING IN THE WEIGHTObviously you lose some weight thru processing . But not 615 lbsGround meat had so many bones In it that it wasn’t edible .EVERYTHING had bones in it. No way they let it ageThe taste smelled just like the slaughter house . A lot of it wasn’t edible because of the taste. All of it was in nasty bloody packages .Tried to call and see what happened talked to them twice , they said they would call back both times but never did. Now no one will answer the phone

I love the fact they got me right in to slaughter 3 steers. Easy to work with, very professional. Pens easy to get to, the packaging and cut of meat was spot on “loved it”!!! But the T bone’s taste just like the slaughterhouse smelled. My wife and kids couldn’t finish our steaks but are friends couldn’t taste it or wouldn’t tell us. I will try them one more time but if its the same next time I won’t use the again.

Never in life have I seen a cow with two heads. Im missing 40 lbs and they replaced it with an extra head. They Also package the meat so You won't see what they delivered

Worst experience in hog slaughtering. Parts not cut properly. Do not believe it was even aged the 2 weeks it was suppose to be. 2 large hogs taken in very little meat returned. Ham steaks not cured or smoked, just bloody packages when defrosted. One pork butt that was to be divided was returned as a 40 lb ham!! Meat obviously stolen. I would give them a minus 5 if possible. They do not deserve the one star.

Took 4 steers, received only 7 boxes back. Asked if 4 steers would reallyOnly generate 7 boxes? They assured me it was all there. Questioned where my soup bones were and they said in the boxes. An hour drive back home, Nothing but ground meat can no steaks, no soup bones, nothing but ground meat. Called back, sat on hold, finally came back and told me that they had misplaced another 10 boxes which were my steaks, etc. still missing fajitas, liver, soup bones, all from my grass fed organic steers. They gave me the missing boxes and promised that when they got other steers in, they’d given us some liver and soup bones, things missing in our order. Despite several promises to call us back over the last few months, it just didn’t happen, and this all took place before Covid19

Lost all of my back strap and tenderloins from 2 deer. They gave me another bag of frozen tenderloins to cut up myself. No manager on site. Been using their facility in Crosby for years without issue. This place needs to get their act together. Not coming back.

Great place to have processing done, customer service was great and they did a great job processing our Steer, really good lean hamburger meat, all meat was package really nice and labeled, will definitely will be going back great prices on processing

Great place to get your livestock processed. The fajitas are even better.
