Store is filthy they never have gas or diesel. IRS will get you your tax return before they check you out. And I saw somebody doing drugs in the parking lot of front and this is in Highlands Texas mind you.

At night time this store is supposed to be open. I've came several times on my lunch break around 2,3 &4 and the door be locked and the employees are no where to be found. This wastes my time and my break. I always wait about ten minutes hoping they will open and they don't. Talk to your workers please.

The place is always closed in the late hours. Employees taking breaks and saying it's closed until they are dine or just closing and locking the doors when it gets late. Very inconvenient for a convenient store

The staff is rude and racist. They think that all because a person looks hispanic, they do not speak English. They give dirty looks and like drama. They are also liars. They told us our receipts could not be re printed, and then they re printed them. They also snatched our receipts and slammed them across the table.

I used to go to the 7-Eleven because it was very convenient to me just start up the pump as I was pulling up with their app but after using it for 2 months the app no longer will start the pump it just has a loading Circle that keeps going around with the statement authorizing pump without any success so I'm just going somewhere else

Love the guys & gal cashiers at the 7-eleven on Preston in Pasadena TX they're always so helpful & friendly...we went to the one in highlands TX today & it was pretty good...but love our Preston store cashiers

First time here, I didn't like the vibes of the staff. They sent me free coupons on stuff they promote there and we came to see how it is and they don't even have some stuff like pizza for instance. The staff don't seem friendly. Hope next visit they change they attitude or else they going to get more low rate reviews.

Sorry in advance for the vent!Will never go to this store again! Rude & unhelpful employees. My issue,,I purchased 10 pks Marlboro cigarettes, sign states $1.20 off each 2pk. Purchase,, ???? then why do I only receive $1.20 off 10 pks? I asked, the employee said she rang it up as 5 Marlboro lights &5 Marlboro ultra lights,, well ok (that's what I got) still I should receive a total of $6.00 off of a 10 pk Purchase either way...but of course neither of the two employees want to fix the issue, they told me next time to tell them to ring it up as2 pks each for discount. (Now I need to do their job.)So, paid $96.00,, told them I would go back to Foodtown from now on...And told em' to have a nice day..FYI- if you go into 7elevens, check your recipes..

Definitely need to do better! The ladies checking out were really nice, but the lady making the tacos was rude! No a soul in line and refused to make tacos. Don't have it on the menu if you don't have it. Simple.
