Customer experience and quality has gone down here. My Doctor has given 2 prescriptions for same medicine by mistake. Pharmacy refused to issue one medication. They didn’t give a proper explanation and I didn’t understand as why they had to delay as it was only Qty difference. I had to push further with them and Manager and then they explained the actual reason that the directions of max tablets per day were different in 2 prescriptions. Phone tag between pharmacy & Doctor office didn’t work. I had to go to my Doctor’s office to get it resolved. Understand the pharmacy limitation but they misguided me initially about 2 different Qtys rather than mentioning that the root issue was 2 different conflicting directions. The Manager had to step in and explain the legal aspect of it. Please educate your customers better in first attempt if possible.I was in pain and gout attack and wanted this emergency medicine and so was pushing for it. And their lack of clear communication to me was frustrating. After 30 mins wait, I reached out to Manager to get proper clarification. Request staff to understand that I am a regular local customer for past 2 years and never had to call for Manager. So please understand if someone is in pain and is trying to seek clarifications then please show some empathy rather than acting as bureaucratic robots. We are not there to fight with you but to get our medication or information, that’s all!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will intentionally not fill digital scripts . They will receive it at 9 am, and by 9 pm, they're no closer to starting to fill. It takes me physically going there and pointing out that they are empty and just lazy to get my meds. I'm so sick of their unprofessional and against pharmacy board behavior that I have been reporting each incident to the Texas pharmacy board. Avoid using Walgreens for any controlled med as they think it's funny to have you not be able to get your meds like you want to be on them in the first place. This seems to be a company wide problem with certain pharmacists way over the line.

By far the most horrible pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Terrible customer service, prescriptions are never ready even when they text/call saying they are. We will never be back.

The pharmacy at this location is the worst I have ever dealt with. Not helpful at all. I have ordered medications and have taken to long to fill. No follow up on anything.

Gross Gross Dirty dirty people my husband and I went there to pay for our prescription. I have to say the prescription department is usually pretty good for us, but to go to that checkout counter at night!!!! The people are not being monitored. The girl who checked us out, was sniffling. I looked at my husband. I looked at her. I asked her if she was sick. She said no, she had allergies but she definitely looks sick. I did not want her to touch my things but she had my prescription in her hand. We took it. This was the night before New Year's Eve by New Year's Eve. My husband was sick and after that taking care of him I got sick. I had to go back in same girl was there still sniffling another girl behind the counter I saw her literally sniffle and wipe her nose on her shirt. This is so gross and I don't see a bottle of hand sanitizer within reach anywhere They weren't even thinking about cleanliness. Use some hand sanitizer for Pete sake, and a tissue to wipe your nose, and then some hand sanitizer. No passing those germs on and on you would think in today's age, especially at a place where people go in for health products to help them stay well or get better they would have some kind of protocol and training to teach people how to not pass germs. For Pete's sake if you have a cold or allergies the least you could do is wear a mask and keep your hands clean. I'm sick and suffering now we didn't go anywhere except that Walgreens. There are two young men managers there that are on the ball and working hard all the time but their young peers who look like they really don't want to be instructed on basic hygiene and health safety. Walgreens get it together stop being so nasty.

Very terrible and rude customers service at this walgreens. I was waiting at checkout and after a VERY long time a young white man checked me out while being on his phone and having earbuds in with a rude attitude. I gave him a coupon that i had gotten from the store earlier, and he said it didn’t go through even though it should have been eligible. I will not be returning here again.

Created holiday card using my mobile phone app. Ordered one pic to check how it looked. Looked good, went to order my 100 cards but no record of order or photo project. Called customer service and they said mobile app does not allow order history and project is not saved. Have to start over. I told customer service to please fix this. They said they would take under consideration. Really? Wake up Walgreens.

This pharmacy has gone down hill. I went in to pick up my prescription the same one I get every month so I know the price. She tries to charge me $80. for a prescription I paid 40 for last month. I said that's not the price I paid all the others months she said with a bad attitude yes it is...I said no its not she said well thats the price now. So I told her I'm not picking it up today. I called yesterday to get the price and it was back to what I normally paid. The staff is awful. I have also been shorted on my pain meds a few times as well. The people that use to be in there a few years ago were so pleasant. I'm changing pharmacies. To many DEI hires.

I would like to give this pharmacy 0 stars. I called and asked if a rx was available they said yes. I asked if my daughter could pick it as we could not find rx in our town. Then they refused to fill as the Drs practice was more than 50 miles away!!!!!!!

I always have gotten really good care at this particular Walgreens, but NOT YESTERDAY!I went in as I had an emergency, I had an accident and needed an ice pack and a butterfly bandage. I had a gash on my face, swelling and it was obvious it had been bleeding.The two women working in the pharmacy would not help me look for either. No compassion, no customer service, no kindness,I was able to finally get help from the young man running the register, he went and looked immediately and got another gentleman to find them for me. THANK YOU to both of you.This happened at 11:59 am yesterday per my receipt, I wish I had your names.I appreciate you both!

I stopped in after work to get my Grand daughter a birthday card and picked up a bottle of wine while there. I am 67 years old. I do not look 40 or younger. They would not sell to me without an ID. There are some privileges that come with age annd one is being able to buy a bottle of wine and not being carded. I did not leave with the card or the wine. Bye bye Walgreens.
