Soo disappointed in this supplier. Took 6 weeks to get the glasses and they never called me to tell me when they were ready. They said they sent me a text - but my message log does not show it. When I told they that they said they take no responsibility to verify , and they have no follow-up processes to insure I know. No sympathy expressed either. I would avoid them.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Knowledgeable on products and recommendations. Young lady kept tabs on price total to insure I stayed on budget.

Excellent customer service. In particular with the employee Dawn! She greeted me immediately with a smile and pleasant demeanor. She helped me thoroughly pick out a pair of glasses as I am very picky but her patience was unwavering! My insurance is a bit wonky too and she was able to work through all the hiccups as well pretty quickly. All in all if this establishment keeps employing Terrific employees like Dawn!, they will be just fine?10/10 experience !
