The ambiance is much nicer than many of the Chinese massage places - it’s very clean and up to date. If you like a lighter massage and to feel relaxed, this may be your place but I prefer the more intense muscle therapy that I usually find at foot places. Paying up front is weird but overall I didn’t get a shady vibe, though it was hard to tell as a first-time visitor. So not bad, just not for me in particular.

A great no nonsense massage! If you’re tired of the subscription based massage clinics and/or struggle to ever get an appointment with your current massage clinic, come see Serena. She is so good at getting the chronic migraine causing knots out of my shoulders.

First and likely last time. She didn't ask me what type of pressure I wanted or if I had specifics areas. Used small amount of oil and spent a lot of time on the neck. She did okay on the legs but not much on the thighs or quads. Zero time on chest or abs.But what got me was I gave $80 in cash for the $70 message (60 mins), she didn't offer the change and when leaving I gave another $5 to make a 20% tip she frowned and said that 60min messages are a $20 tip. I don't felt she earned a 20 and not really a 15$ .

This was the worst massage I've ever had. I didn't say anything because I don't believe it would have helped. If a massage therapist doesn't know how to do a good professional massage then discussing it is a waste of time. I only had a thin towel to cover with as opposed to a sheet or blanket all others use. She left 3 times during my massage to answer the door. Each time she opened the door I was visible to anyone in the waiting room. She did do a good job on my neck and upper back but terrible on the rest. She did not use lotion or oil on my legs, arms, feet, hips. It was uncomfortable. She just lightly and quickly massaged my legs and arms. She was in a hurry through the second half of the hour. When I paid for the massage she reminded me to tip her! This is not a good professional salon. If the owner replies to my complaint with defensiveness as they did in the other complaint then buyer beware. Don't waste your money.

I had never been here before and decided to give them a try! I was very excited as they were able to get me in right away, but I was deeply disappointed in the service I received. I got the 90 minute massage, and she used no oil, or lotion on my legs, arms, and barely any on my feet. When I went to check out, she said "You aren't even going to leave me 15% tip"? At first I thought I hadn't heard her correctly, but when I asked her what she said, she said it again and very rudely. She proceeded to pull out a different receipt from another lady and said "See, she tipped me 25$, do you want to tip me another 20$?. I couldn't believe that she said that. Especially since the massage itself was over $100. I wouldn't not recommend this place, as it is very unprofessional, and they do not give comfortable massages.

I almost never post reviews but had to since I am really disappointed. All the reviews shown are great; so on a quick scan of the high quality deep tissue reviews decided to come here. I usually get massages in another part of town once a month so no stranger to massages. Walked in thru door at 2:36 pm, went in room and got undressed for an hour massage. Therapist walks in at 2:40. Massage ends at 3:30. Another customer had been waiting since 3:15 so massage was cut short. Secondly, I like a deeper pressure. Its up to me to be vocal so I ask for more pressure. Pressure increases slightly for 2 minutes and then back to delicate mode. Thirdly, its really cold outside and subsequently cold inside. My feet and legs were ice cubes. Very difficult to relax muscles. I really hate to be negative, and maybe this was an odd fluke experience. Should I have demanded my money back? No. Tough to do when i actually stayed 50 minutes. I Didn't throw a fit because some weird places like Massage Envy will give 50 minutes for what they call an Hour. Afterwards I went looking for small print that indicated that scenario but there was none. Left more stressed and tense than when I arrived. Perhaps this was just a fluke experience?
