Once it was pulled into Bay, it was very fast repair time. Pulled my car out to the front door after repaired and was super friendly. “I had a flat and called Firestone since it was 2 min from my house but the lady Firestone worker said they couldn’t give a new tire until next day because they were closing soon…So I called Discount TiRE and the Manager Gabriel g said we close in few min BUT I I’ll Wait for you if you can get here. “Came in for a creaking noise coming from what I thought was front wheels. I had another shop tell me I needed front shocks and other things replaced to fix the noise. Brought it to Carrollton complete automotive and spoke with John who was helpful, patient, and thorough.They were able to pinpoint it down to my hood latch needing to be greased. Fixed my problem and had me out of there in no time. Noise is completely gone. John and the team were great.”

“I had an accident claim and was referred by a friend to take to Beas Auto. I’m always very skeptical to take to auto shops because of terrible experiences. So I gave them a shot. They did a great job at the body work that needed to be done! I also saw them for a clanking noise that I had on the vehicle that I had for awhile and they’re were very thorough and communicated every step of the way what they saw and what they suggested needed to be done. I particularly enjoyed the over communication and the promptness on when my vehicle would be done.
