I had the most amazing experience with Angela, the store manager! She fit me for a bra I would have never imagined wearing! Now, I am hooked! She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!!! She is my new person at Soma! Thank you Angela for being you!!!

I will never shop at Soma again. I was treated terribly by the sales associates today. I had purchased a $70 bra online and had measured myself according to their websites instructions; it was way too small so I went into the Highland Village store so I could try on different sizes. The first sales associate gave me the wrong style and when the second associate was replacing it she would not let me have the 2 sizes I wanted to try, but gave me one and told me if that didn't work she would have to measure me because "we are not going to trial and error 7 different bra's". The bra was a smidgen tight in the band, the second size I had wanted would probably have worked. I don't like to be touched by strangers and she was busy with another customer so I left and told the first associate that I wanted a refund because if I was not allowed to try more than 1 size on without being touched that it wasn't the right store for me. She chuckled and refunded me. I was weekend slumming it and I feel like they looked at my jeans a cheap tshirt and decided I was not their clientel. Shame on you Soma!

We stood and waited for over 15 mins with noone available to help. The store appears to have been short staffed on that day. It would help if there was a manager on duty to assist with customer service.

I visited this place back in June. Then I was told about the promotion for $100 card purchase. It was also placed at the check out area. I purchased many gift cards.I did not receive any promotion emails for the gift card purchase. I was asked to contact the customer service - who informed me that the store gave me wrong information regarding the promotion that was over!They are sorry that I was given incorrect information by the store. Soma and the Highland Village store made a fool out of me.I used to love the store for their products and service. Now I am very unhappy with how this issue was dealt with.

Today I had a lovely experience at Soma. Samantha was so helpful - I found exactly what I needed in no time. This was extremely helpful since I had my energetic 2 year old daughter with me. Samantha was also so fun to talk to and very down to earth. I’m extremely happy I choose to go to Soma today.Thank you!!

I am trying to make the switch away from Victoria’s Secret so I can find better coordinating foundation wear and better comfort. I have shopped at Soma a time or two for loungewear and their fabrics are incredibly comfortable. this was my first time to shop for bras and panties. I started my interaction by simply asking the clerk “will I be able to buy matching bra and underwear”- because if the answer is no, this will be a dealbreaker for me, I am one of those people that just has to match. She picked up on this quickly and took me straight to my underwear style of choice and my size then we work backwards from there to my bra style and were able to find me two bras and order corresponding underwear; so that I will be able to match. Once I wear these for a month or so and determine if I like them well enough, I will continue to purchase from Soma going forward because I really enjoyed the personal interaction, more mature and friendly staff helping me get what I came in for and the fabric and quality seems much better than right across the street at Victoria’s Secret. It’s a bit more but so far worth it.

What a great experience! Both ladies were so nice and helpful. I bought so many bras and the cooling night shirts! I love them all! Worth every penny. I could have stayed all day with them!!

I took my 3 granddaughters (ages 15, 14 and 12) to get fitted for bras in Highland Village. The staff was great! One of my granddaughters is very bashful, but she commented afterwards that Cheryl made her feel very comfortable during the measurement process. All the gurls agreed that it was a positive experience overall!

I apologize for not remembering the ladies names who help me tonight, but the two women that were there were incredible with their customer service and helped me fit in to a very comfortable new support system. Excellent customer service.
