This is a woman owned shop and she is a wonderful person, always helpful and kind. She instantly makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Love this little shop, it's my go to!”

“Great Shopping Experience!! 110% VIP treatment! The knowledgeable representatives at this LOFT location successfully display their clothing options in a neat and orderly manner, while keeping the tone light, casual and friendly- The opposite of stuffy! Not only are the merchandise displays uniquely presented to attract onlookers, the LOFT representatives have an amazing talent of making everyone who enter the door feel very welcome and special. Sadly, this level of attentive care is a rare gem to be found in our modern society. At LOFT in Highland Village TX, however, I felt as if I had my own team of stylists working in tandem to help me accentuate my current fashion tastes. I typically enjoy contemporary, classic clothing styles, and Emmy, Kristen and Cynthia helped me to create new, unique wardrobe choices, while keeping my traditional foundation. Shopping at this LOFT location provided me with a sense of confidence regarding my new closet choices. My visit was a "true, in-store shopping pleasure." Keep up the good work, everyone! I enjoy "real" people helping me in person, opposed to online ordering, any given day- Every woman deserves to be treated as a VIP in person at least once in life!! “I go here once a week to drop off shoes for donation to get their discounts that adds up to free shoes or at least huge discounts on the running shoes and business shoes I need for work. At this point, Ive been there every week and over time noticed their staff are most helpful every time I go there, but not pushy either. The managers seem to care a lot about the wellbeing of their staff that a lot stay for years here and they told me they get along outside of work too. They now know me, and honestly, it’s been something I wasn’t sure would be weird or awkward, as I’ve never been a “regular” at any store really, but now these people make my day once a week because they’re happy and friendly genuinely. I’m happy to keep a great business running and thankful to have this location and its staff. I tell my whole family to get shoes here, lol it sometimes backfires when they use my points to get shoes at a deep discount, but it’s fine so long as it keeps this location running!”

“I've been a loyal WHBM customer for years. Ever since coming out as trans, they've always been ready to help and never been judgemental or the least bit negative. The affirmation I receive as a now transitioned woman has always made me so happy shopping at almost any location. Consistently great service and I always find something I love. This location was great today, helping me out together something that fit my aesthetic for the evening as well as having ample flexibility for the future. The ladies were all amazing and I'll definitely be back!”
