“This UPS store is absolutely fantastic—consistently delivering outstanding service! I believe I’ve made use of nearly every service they offer, and each experience has been top-notch. Most recently, I had an urgent need to get important documents from Flower Mound all the way to Portugal. They shipped on Monday, and incredibly, they arrived by Wednesday of the same week! That kind of speed and reliability is nothing short of amazing.

“1st went to the Denton loop 288 store, both of the girls at the counter were incredibly rude, I left w/o being helped because I do not tolerate b.s. went to the Highland Village store and Michelle was so incredibly accommodating. I always go to this location and never any issues. DO NOT use the Denton Texas UPS store offnof loop 288, the workers are very young, immature and disrespectful. Fix it UPS.”

“Needed a foam board poster for a research project — this place was AMAZING. Prices are pretty similar to what you’d find in other places and online (at least with my product), but they got it done super quickly and I didn’t have to pay half the board in shipping! I was also really short on time and I’m so glad they were able to fit me in their schedule. The printing looks amazing and the measurements were spot on with what I requested. Service was also great here, very quick responses and easy to work with. They also wrapped my board up very nicely, which is much appreciated. I’m glad I trusted this place. Thank y’all — you guys totes saved my hide!!!”

“I have been trying to ship a multi-piece oversized package via Fedex for weeks and couldn't find any solutions for boxing it. I called Fedex in Denton and they were rude and not helpful at all. I almost gave up on this deal but luckily I called here and had the BEST help from the guy that answered the phone! He discussed the appropriate solution and was a huge life saver!!”

“Edit: I’m not sure why people are posting a 1 star for not knowing the address or for the store being busy and not conversing with you, but everyone here gets the job done, gets it done well, and lets you get on your way. When they are busy, they can’t sit there for 5 mins to ask about your day. They are trying to get your package to where it needs to go fast, so just work with them and take a chill pill.
Great service! Scotty assisted me today, and he was an absolute gem. I came in with a bunch of random objects I needed shipped ASAP and he helped me put it all together nicely and packed it up in a timely manner with attention to detail and love (and packing paper). He also taped the box up way nicer than they usually do, even getting the corners and he was polite and friendly. He informed me of all my shipping options to get it there on time and helped me with the tracking process info as well. I don’t always go to this store because it’s far from me so I was weary at first, but Scotty put my uneasiness away in the first encounter.
The store was also clean and stocked, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in.
