Primrose school of highland village is one of the best educational institute. This school has phenomenal faculties who are caring, dedicated and very knowledgeable. They are always there to welcome your family with a smile and ready to address any questions/concerns you may have. You can definitely trust them with the development of your child. We enrolled our daughter last hear in September 2022 to the pathways/preschool classes. We have observed remarkable improvement in our 2.5 years old daughter's language skill. She could express her thoughts using full sentences with appropriate words. Her personality changed as well. From a shy and timid girl she bloomed to be an outgoing personality. Her social skill developed in leaps and bounces. Everyone in our friends & families noticed her development. We are extremely satisfied that we chose Primrose Highland Village for our daughter. Heartfelt gratitude to all the faculties for their guidance, care and teaching.

We are so glad that we found Primrose school of Highland village. We live in Argyle and even though we toured many child care centers in our area, we were simply not happy. There was always something that stopped us from enrolling him. But we loved this school as soon as we toured it. We love the administration, staff and teachers. He used to be very shy when he started, but has gained so much confidence in the last year. And all that drive everyday, it has simply been worth it. It’s in opposite direction of our work, and yet we never thought about moving him out. He loves the teachers and school as well. I’d highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a great place for their kid. And when time comes for our second kid to start daycare, we are definitely coming back here.

Ms. Ghattas and the Primrose team at Highland Village are absolutely wonderful, professional and caring. I’ve use this as my backup daycare for both my daughter and son and love it!

When it came time to for me to return to work after having our son, I had so much anxiety about enrolling him into daycare. After touring Primrose and talking with the staff, I knew he would be in terrific hands. They are fantastic with children and provide the best care. I can't thank them enough for providing me peace of mind and giving our son a wonderful experience.

My daughter has been attending primrose for a little over a year now and everything has been wonderful! They have worked with my unique situation and have been more than understanding. I can't say enough good things about this school watching my daughter who is two learn something new everyday amazes me! She can say all of her colors speaks in almost complete sentences and even her ABC's . I highly recommend this school to anyone considering a day care . If your like me and you constantly worry about your child the daily reports along with pictures and open door policy really make me feel comfortable!

After a terrible and scary experience at a near by daycare center, my husband and I were scared and a little desperate to find a new daycare for our 1 year old. I pulled our child from KRK mid day, and upon recommendation immediately went to visit Primrose. Mrs. Ghattas (the owner) was there to greet me and show me around. We did a trial day the next day and absolutely loved our experience. At our previous school the children seemed to have free play, alone, wandering the classroom all day. So a big part of what I was looking for was interaction with the teachers. His teachers are amazing and I can not say enough good things about them. Sadly I had never seen a teacher sit down and read to him. At Primrose he gets that and more. I could see a change in his interest in books at the end of week one! His teachers are ALWAYS reading, playing, teaching and interacting with the kids. We are so impressed and so thankful. Nothing is more important to us than his safety and well-being and I am so happy to say we LOVE Primrose of Highland Village.

Primrose HV has taken care of my kids since they were each 3 months old. I cannot say enough about the quality care they provide. They provide a great education and wonderful peace of mind.

Great program for many different levels. We have been attending here for 3+ years. Our kids educational and general knowledge has bloomed as they start to get ready for public school. There are lots of hands-on opportunities through the year for learning and exploration. We love this place and glad our kids go hear. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to our kids needs.

Putting my kiddo in daycare was heart-wrenching for me and I cried as I walked away. But when I returned, I found a staff that treated my son just like a mother would. They go above and beyond to make sure he is safe, happy, and very well taken care of. He even asks to go to 'school' on the weekends because he has so much fun with his new friends. And he LOVES his teachers! They send daily pictures that make me smile ear to ear as I get to see him enjoying his day. I would highly recommend HV Primrose to anyone looking for a daycare facility.

being a working mom it's important to find a daycare that you trust.You can't be wondering at work is my baby, toddler eating, are they happy, did they do this or that? Every day when I drop off my 6, 3 and 1.5 yr old kids I know they are in the best possible care without being next to me. As with any relationship it takes both parents and staff to communicate and that is the area where this school excels. From their tadpole application with photos shared through out the day, weekly planning activities and menus sent out, quick response to emails, and of course manning the phone lines - This is just the front desk. The teachers are on a whole other level! I know each of my kids are getting the attention they need by being notified at pickup of eating habits, seeing them on the floor with the kids during playtime and the weekly bags of art work that are sent home. My kids come home talking about their teachers and friends.If there is anything you take away from this post I would say this1. Like you the staff takes the well being of your child with the highest priority2. This school communicates with you3. Kids come home with full bellies (Mom of a picky eater seeing him clean his lunch plate is HUGE accomplishment)4. You see your money being put back into the school - from family activities, building upgrades, to special guests visiting (which almost seems weekly)

Absolutely fantastic staff. They work very well with my son. We use them for school drop off and afternoon care. My son has Down syndrome and doesn't currently speak. I have every confidence that he is well cared for before and after school. Furthermore; unlike some other daycare facilities in the area, Primrose didn't hesitate at all in placing him in their school due to his special needs. Wonderful place.
