Great store with an awesome selection of goods, but where they fall short is the check out line. They are always understaffed at peak hours, and you should be prepared to wait 20 to 30 minutes to check out.

Completely terrible - the managers, a feminine middle aged man with blonde hair, was very rude and dismissive, and an older lady with an accent who I thinks name is Karen (at least she acts like one), laughed in my face instead of helping me. Every time we come here the line is super long and always moves slow. Incompetent management

Saw some cute shoes and they were marked down. Grabbed my size but for some reason they weren’t marked down. The associate told me she could not price match because the other shoe (exact style and color of shoe) was received in a different batch? Like what was the reasoning behind the mark down on one shoe and not the other? Not like it’s produce that will go bad…

I spoke with a young man stocking the shelves of Home Goods about looking for particular dishes there. He encouraged me not to give up my search. He was delighted by the fact that inventory is constantly changing, which makes the search both challenging and interesting. It seems to make his life more interesting to be asked for advice. I meet the nicest people at Home Goods and TJ Maxx!

Not only are the lines here terrible, the management was rude. I needed help with a certain item and was not talked to very nicely. Save your time and go to Denton Home Goods where they are helpful, fast and friendly!

My recent call to TJ Maxx left me thoroughly disappointed due to the rude behavior exhibited by the manager on duty by the name of Stephanie.
Despite my attempts to communicate politely, the manager continued to talk over me, displaying a complete lack of regard for what I had to say. It was incredibly frustrating since I was trying to engage with her respectfully.
The manager's demeanor and unprofessional conduct were extremely off-putting. Potential employees deserve to be treated with respect and attentiveness. It was clear that her focus was solely on her conversation, making me feel insignificant and undervalued as a person.
In retail, customer service is paramount, and this experience fell far short of even the basic standards of courtesy and professionalism. It's disappointing to encounter such behavior in a store that prides itself on customer satisfaction.
I hope that the management takes steps to ensure that all potential employees are treated respectfully and attentively in the future. Rude and inattentive behavior should never be tolerated in any customer-facing role.

Manager obviously can't schedule properly. Lines a mile long and not enough cashiers. Merchandise not stocked fast enough. Lines wrapped along the aisles on a regular wens afternoon, not holiday or weekend.

Only shop here if I have to. Always so busy, over crowded and the isles are so small. Workers are usually nice though.
