“Great facility and nice staff! Only complaint is the members who don't wipe down machines after use and the members who use the circuit room as their personal workout so stay on equipment longer. The goal of the circuit is to follow in order so this messes up others work outs!”

I have been training with him since September and for someone who was too scared to even walk into a gym, it is now my favorite place. Alex does a great job of listening to your goals and takes the time to be sure you understand what you are doing and how it will help you. Whether you are a first timer to the gym life, training for a specific event or simply need some help to improve your workout, he is more than happy to help you on your fitness journey. Another plus is that he will do his best to accommodate your scheduling needs. He doesn't just talk the talk either. If you are lucky, you can sometimes catch him working out in this gym when his schedule allows.”
