I am furious right now. I purchased some “new” tires from this location about 2 years ago. When I first got the tires I noticed a white mark on one of the tires , it looked like a chalk mark so I didn’t think much of it since I thought it was something standard that technicians did .
Over the next couple of years my tires kept getting low on pressure but not as much as it had recently . Concerned I took my car to the dealership where they informed me that right where that white mark is located , there is a piece of metal that is embedded and that is the reason the tire keeps deflating . I went back to this store because it seemed to me like they sold me defective tires by accident , but rather than trying to look at my tire and try to assess the situation, the manager Christopher Barrett who had just left for lunch and seemed annoyed that their front desk was calling him, simply said that it was a road hazard issue , without even taking the time to even look at the tire, their front desk Bailey Maynard tried her best to sympathize with me but I was so frustrated because they want me to pay for a new tire again , even though this clearly seems like it was an accident on their end in the first place. They tried to tell me to take it up with Goodyear since that’s the make of tire I originally purchased through them but this is just a simple deflection at the fact that they sold me this defective tire . I am pissed , they tried to say to contact the manufacturer but they are the ones who should’ve inspected the product before trying to sell it to someone as a new tire . I ended up paying for a new tire since I can’t be driving around in a tire that’s an accident waiting to happen but I’m so dissapointed at how the manager handled the situation. I will be telling all my friends and family to avoid this location , and to any would be customers I say inspect your tires carefully to make sure they didn’t sell you defective tires .

I visited Just tires shop and their offer for wheel alignment is super. Bailey did a wonderful job. Very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this shop and Bailey is an asset for them.

Very poor service. I’m a long term customer and I will nit be back. Poor communication, poor service and a rude person at the counter. What’s happened to Just Tires in Highland Village, Texas?

Came here for the first time because they were the only place I could find open on the Fourth of July, and will be returning to them for any future issues. The staff (especially Bailey) was incredibly knowledgeable and most importantly honest, which feels really hard to come by these days. They definitely beat out their competitors in every way.

I want to thank the guy at Just Tires for the customer service. I had a tire valve/stem that had a slit which was causing a leak. They fixed it in about 5 minutes. I love how customer-focused they are. I tried taking it earlier to Discount Tires and was told it would take an hour. I could clearly see 5 tech guys chatting and only 2 bays occupied. I guess they did not want my business. But Just Tires went the extra mile. Thread on....

The customer service at this location is great, me and my husband drive all the way from Arlington to get our oil changes, new tires and much more done at this location. The manager Chris takes very great care of me and my family. He is always helpful and very knowledgeable and gets us taken care of. We have purchased tires for our charger and Lexus here and get all their maintenance done her as well and have never had any issues.

Came here to get an alignment on my Audi. Bailey helped us out. She is absolutely amazing and very professional. Kept us updated the entire time. Process was quick! Also for a side note they aren't just tires..they do a bit of everything! Great shop to go to!

Let me start by saying The staff is kind . With that said , do not waste your time. They sold me 4 new tires . Got screws in 2 of them. Went back 2 months later to get it repaired . After keeping for there for an hour , they told me they can’t repair the tires . That I would need new ones. I left . Went down the street , they fixed them for 20$ . I do not trust the staff. Every time I have been there , it took an hour or more just to tell me what’s going on. I don’t appreciate them trying to sell me $1000 new tires telling me my tires are trash .

I went in for a nail in one of my tires. The staff was very nice and quickly began work on my truck. Luckley the nail had not penitrated the tire, but they did an inspection of all four tires and reminded my two of the tire were at the end of their service life. There was no charge for work they performed. Just Tires is on my list to service my tires, wheel and suspension needs.
