I came into Francesca’s spontaneously because I needed to find a last minute dress for an event happening down the street with a certain dress code. As soon as I walked in, the staff members were welcome and offered to assist in finding what I needed quickly. Not only that, they steamed it for me so I could put it on and be ready to go since the event was about to start. They assisted in a speedy check out while I got dressed so I could make it in time. I wish I could recall their names, but they were also so wonderful and deserve recognition :)

Went to pick up my online order and to possibly buy something at the store. Almost everything is plain or ugly and/or overpriced - no wonder there was a lot of clearance! I kept looking at just one thing - a pink and purple and blue flannel shirt and there was a sign just above it saying “25% off tops and sweaters” but at over $60 I wasn’t sure if it’d be worth it. One of the sales associates kept bugging me about it so I was going to give in and buy it, BUT APPARENTLY IT WASN’T PART OF THE SALE! So I decided against it and to just pick up my online order, which led to the sales associate stopping her fake friendly act to me, didn’t even say bye or have a good day or you’re welcome after I said thank you. I guess this is what happens when you hire teens for part-commission.

Went to pick up an order yesterday 5/20 that had arrived 5/11. No call or email to let me know it arrived... The individual working the front counter was extremely rude to me. I wish I got her name. If you happen to read this, being kind doesn’t take any effort… you have no idea the difference you can make in somebody’s day by sharing just a little bit of kindness, and respect.I hope you Have the day you deserve

Really bad experience with Carol, sales associate yesterday. I was there to pick up my in store order and she straight up told me “If you bought it yesterday, it’s not going to be ready to pick up today.” I told her I called the store last week and someone said it’s ready. Only then she offer to check in the back and bring out my item. Never in my life sale associate yelled at me and embarrassed me in front of everyone. This will be the last time I’ll ever shop in this store. Bad attitude and bad customer service.

I can usually find at least one thing I like every time I shop here. My last shopping trip here left a bad taste because of the awkward customer service. The sales associate was really pushy and made me uncomfortable. Will not be returning to this location.

All sales associates were sitting and on their phones, talking about what they wanted to buy from the store, trying on sun glasses and never greeted or asked if I needed anything. I ask one of the sales associate if a particular candle from the store was soy wax only. The sales associate sitting behind the cash register stayed in her seat and answered “coconut”? And continued to text on her phone. She was clearly distracted because she couldn’t answer my question. Unprofessional staff. Not a good shopping experience.

Overall I find some really good things at this location and love having it in Highland Village. I will say, it's frustrating that they have a tactic of just saying "press green button" when it's giving you an option to sign up for emails or not and other stuff. Like I feel like I sign up for multiple things ever time I'm in here, even though the screen is giving me the option but they use this trick lol, just feels kinda schemey. Great products though and it seems like they are following great covid precautions. I felt safe shopping here. Really glad to have this in the shops.
