Ms.Amanda was very nice! I have never seen such great customer service. I’m so glad I stopped by here because she was so nice and helpful. She same money and she really helps out customers!
My package wouldn’t have been sent out if it wasn’t for her expertise and kindness.

The most miserable humans work at this location, especially the manager. AVOID AT ALL COST if you don’t want to have your day ruined.I seriously do not know how these people live with themselves. They are miserable and they will ruin your day.DO NOT, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

This location has the worst customer service. We’ve had multiple issues with Candace. She seems to be such a miserable person who is also not the brightest. But being incompetent wasn’t the main issue, it was her terrible attitude and the way she treated my son too. She’s mean to kids and mean to adult customers alike. Each time we go in it’s the most bizarre experience. It’s like Candace is perpetually having a bad day. In our most recent experience my son went inside to drop off a package, an act we do ALL THE TIME without issues at UPS and USPS. Well it was taking a while so I went inside to check what the issue was. My son was standing there in shock while Candace was having a hissy fit that the package needed to go in a tiny mylar package instead of the perfectly adequate package that it was in (the package that the receiver themselves requested us to send it in I should add). I felt so bad for him as he didn’t know how to handle her. He was just staring at her while she had all of my items strewn out on the counter and was huffing around acting like she was trying to find another envelope. It was highly inappropriate. I took over and since she already ruined the correct and better packaging that I had originally used by ripping it open. We had to stuff the items into a much inferior package, which I’m pretty sure won’t make it to the destination undamaged. It was a return so I’ve informed the receiver of Candace’s name in case FedEx damages the package since it will be on her.

The absolute slowest and worst fedex experience I've ever had. Takes 30 minutes to ship anything at the minimum...go somewhere else

For my work, I ship about the same size/weight of paperwork to the same location, once or twice a month, naturally getting the same shipping rate every time. This would be a 5 star review, if Sheila was the only person handling my shipments. Sheila is truly a pleasure to deal with, - always friendly, highly professional and very helpful. Candace, on the other hand, is a reason why I'm taking my business to another FedEx location simply based on her persistent attempts of unnecessary overcharging.

Stay away from this place, they always tell you something is wrong with return boxes and try to sell you their overpriced boxes. Worst FedEx place I have ever dealt with.

I went to this location couple of times for different services. Every time my work was done with ease. 3 ladies (who was working at the morning shift on feb 6th )were awesome. They greeted customers with smile & looks like they love & enjoy what they do. Way to go FEDEx ?

Sheila immediately greeted me and offered assistance even though store was about to close. Her friendly and professional service plus efficient handling allowed 2 packages to be processed and make the FedEx pick up truck for the eve. Manda helped as well. Sheila, Manda and courier driver are all holiday angels!

Manda and Shelia know my name after 2 visits to the store. They are always friendly, helpful and really on top of my requests. They complete my print tasks fully, early, and then call me to let me know it’s ready. I’ve been to multiple other places in the area, and this team is by far the best. They’ve won me over.
