Overall a very bad experience. The staff is not knowledgeable and can be rude and unhelpful. LA Fitness makes it extremely inconvenient and difficult to cancel. Customer service is non-existent. We will never go back.

Horrible customer service. Fitness/class instructors were never on time or didn't show up at all. Charged for multiple PT sessions I had NOT signed up for. Staff is very unprofessional. They turn a blind eye to ANY lost or stolen items.

Beware. Apparently they take advantage of the elderly and make it impossible to cancel. I had heard this before and hoped they had improved. Apparently not. Shame on them

Gym is great but I dare you to try and cancel. Trying to cancel yet again but now they want me to come back before 6. 10 phone calls to try and cancel. Finally found time to go into the gym just to cancel and now I have to take off work just to cancel. They got an extra 4 months out of me already. Update. Nope the manager says he can't cancel. I have to postal mail this letter to California. Then they will have to confirm it with me by email. If there were more than one family member in my plan I have to have each individual on my plan sign a new form.

Tobi and Elite Fitness really changed my entire lifestyle around fitness (for the supremely better)! His evaluation led to training which over time led to nutrition, and really, a solid wholistic approach! Cannot say enough about the price point, quality, results, and structure his program gave me for 3+ years. Upon moving to Austin, I was promptly faced with double the price point for comparable services/routine - miss me some Elite Fitness, and Tobi Fisk - they ROCK!! (I'm 47, pretty fit, super active and avid mountain biker)
