“I don’t know where to post this as I have never given a store an online review. Today I witness the staff of this location handle a customer who was have chest issues in the store. To the owner of this location, your staff was impeccable. They treated the customer with much care and dignity and placed the 911 call. They handled the emergency with great care. What could have been a chaotic situation your staff reacted with calmness and care. I was incredibly impressed! The older gentlemen was on his own and you took care of him thru the emergency. Your staff deserves much praise. Thank you for caring for your fellow human beings! It’s needed in these days!”

“My favorite thrift store! Upscale is FULL of great finds at good prices!!! I have gotten SO MANY THINGS there for years now!!! The place is smaller then the others around town but I like that because I don’t get overwhelmed. They have already narrowed all the good stuff down for you. Plus, the profits benefit Denton County Friends of the Family. This program is so good because it not only helps the battered but also provides help for the batterer too. Thank you for serving our community Upscale/DCFoF I posted some pictures of cute stuff I’ve gotten there. Lots of name brand stuff! And fun things to put together for great gifts!”

“Ollie's is NOT a nice store at all but they have LOTS of items at VERY REASONABLE prices. The inventory is constantly changing but the variety is always there. I get nuts of every kind at good prices, toiletries, also. I get dog supplies at times and summer items at others. There are few employees so not much in the way of service. Just have patience and low expectations and you'll do GREAT!”

“Staff here is great. Literally always speak to you and will help you happily. That is not easy to find these days. Even when they are busy restocking, they will still say hi and ask if you need any help. Super clean and organized. You can go in there looking for 1 thing but you will leave with many items. To say it is a small store, you can easily spend a long time walking around looking at everything. Merchandise is consistent but they always are adding new things. Parking is always easy and it is conveniently located to Target in case you need to go there.”

“Very surprised with how clean and organized the Dollar Tree is. I could see everything go in the shelves and could easily find what I was looking for. Although I wasn't planning on busying anything other than a snack. The associates were all very pleasant and friendly was well. It was quite busy and the two registers both had lines so I walked around a couple times. But my cashier was quick and knew what she was doing. I was disappointed that I could see any name tags and only one person had a green shirt that was visible. Destiney my cashier was efficient and friendly.”

Cashiers $9.25an hour Nights and weekends, 2 part time Managers who are not scared to Work ..are willing to sweat, unload a Truck, Work on a register, stock Shevles, Organize, clean. , !!!I'm in Charge come in Ask for ME. $11.50 an hour . . I do want to say anytime I came there she was nothing short of helpful and hospitable and accommodating. Alot of places have fallen short of of some of that. “At this store on McKenney and 288 can't seem to keep regular store hours as far as opening and closing. Must be a franchisee business with lazy management or whatever. However I'm formilliar with the employees so i assume keeping employees willing to show up for work has to be the problem. Ofcourse that's just an assumption and it my view that there is alot of people in Texas that find themselves better of being biden bidding unemployed anyway so i say guit working if you can afford it texas why pay taxes so biden can give to everyone that not American citizens anyway. “I appreciated that there was a WHBM section and a Chico's section, as well as Lululemon and others (saves time - otherwise, this place would be overwhelming). When I took some clothes there, they gave me very little $, e.g. less than $30 for a bundle that included a WHBM dress (under 1 year old) with the $160 price tag on it. Would rather give these items away. So good place to shop, but not to recoup any costs associated with my own poor decisions.”
