“This place is like a mash up of daiso, 5 below, tuesday morning and the seasonal section at target. Think items that are affordable nice-to-haves with stepped up daily essentials. They do have some items priced lower than walmart. Very clean. Nice staff. Some items were mispriced but the manager did honor the posted price which i appreciated. Would be 5 stars if they werent out of certain items and didnt have to check the price discrepancy.”

“My favorite thrift store! Upscale is FULL of great finds at good prices!!! I have gotten SO MANY THINGS there for years now!!! The place is smaller then the others around town but I like that because I don’t get overwhelmed. They have already narrowed all the good stuff down for you. Plus, the profits benefit Denton County Friends of the Family. This program is so good because it not only helps the battered but also provides help for the batterer too. Thank you for serving our community Upscale/DCFoF I posted some pictures of cute stuff I’ve gotten there. Lots of name brand stuff! And fun things to put together for great gifts!”
“Staff here is great. Literally always speak to you and will help you happily. That is not easy to find these days. Even when they are busy restocking, they will still say hi and ask if you need any help. Super clean and organized. You can go in there looking for 1 thing but you will leave with many items. To say it is a small store, you can easily spend a long time walking around looking at everything. Merchandise is consistent but they always are adding new things. Parking is always easy and it is conveniently located to Target in case you need to go there.”
“My son has been to this location a few times before. This was my first outing since before the COVID lockdowns. The location is absolutely wonderful! To see and hear so many people, different languages. The place is packed wall to wall aisle to aisle of different household, office beauty and snack items. The atmosphere was excellent. I'd definitely recommend this location because it's so much fun!”

“This place gets me In trouble! I go in to buy one thing, come out with four bags of fun and goodies! Best place to get gifts, knick knacks, stocking stuffers, toys, you name it! Now, I must warn you that when you see all those low prices, you start grabbing items like crazy and spending way more than intended, but it’s definitely worth it! Mini shopping spree in one spot!”

“Very surprised with how clean and organized the Dollar Tree is. I could see everything go in the shelves and could easily find what I was looking for. Although I wasn't planning on busying anything other than a snack. The associates were all very pleasant and friendly was well. It was quite busy and the two registers both had lines so I walked around a couple times. But my cashier was quick and knew what she was doing. I was disappointed that I could see any name tags and only one person had a green shirt that was visible. Destiney my cashier was efficient and friendly.”

Cashiers $9.25an hour Nights and weekends, 2 part time Managers who are not scared to Work ..are willing to sweat, unload a Truck, Work on a register, stock Shevles, Organize, clean. , !!!I'm in Charge come in Ask for ME. $11.50 an hour . . Closing shifts and weekends are needed ...Dollar Tree Is a Exchanges Only , on the same Day . No Returns . I do want to say anytime I came there she was nothing short of helpful and hospitable and accommodating. Alot of places have fallen short of of some of that. “I love the items and the cashiers go as fast as they can considering they're always short on help and the shelves are barely filled but the boxes are right there to do it....... the problem is the management*** as in corporate. It's not due to the lack of the cashiers at all”

“The customer service is exceptional, often times I am helped by Georgia, Isai, or Gene (The other employees are fantastic as well. I've just forgotten their names!). They all do an amazing job. They have very caring employees here who are friendly and go above and beyond to help you find what you need. This location is very clean, recovered, and organized. You can walk down the aisles with great ease.

“One of the best Dollar Trees in North Dallas. It's a Dollar Twenty-five Tree, so low reviews are not surprising but 1. Dollar Tree is better than Family Dollar or Dollar General. 2. Try the Dollar Tree stores in the Frisco area up and down El Dorado (423, DNT, Preston): they're depressing and this location is much much better.”
