We had great customer service at this Truist location, the employees were friendly, accommodating, and made things easy. I’m not sure about the other negative reviews, but that was not our experience.

They are worth zero or negative stars.Worst customer care. They blame their own employees who left the branch instead of solving the issue. Terrible scam on attracting new customers sending mails to home addresses. Stay away from this branch & bank.
