“What a great experience. I came in at opening 10am on Tuesday 8/2/2023 with an emergency... I just flew into Dallas for a work trip, and needed a shirt ASAP that fits good, looks good, and that my wife doesn't hate. I also lost my belt... All I have to say is INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I got a belt and an awesome shirt in no time flat, steam pressed it for me so I can put it on, and a recommendation on where to grab coffee nearby. I even made it to my meeting early. 5 stars”

“This is one of my wife's favorite 'secret' shopping spots to hit in Dallas. A shopper could spend hours, if not days, going thru every rack of clothing, and still probably miss something!The variety and size selection is outstanding and the merchandise does change frequently, so don't think you'll see the same items on your next visit if you decide to pass on something and think it will be there on your next visit.I always enjoy going with her because I love to admire all the outfits lining the perimeter of the store, adorned with the Sunday best hat, coordinated to match the suit or dress. Always reminds me of a parade of 'Church Mothers'! Just stunning.The staff is always pleasant and eager to help a shopper find the perfect piece of clothing.Just know, there are no restrooms for public use and no fitting rooms to try clothes on. I usually try and grab one of the empty chairs up front. If you are with your wife or significant other, and walking thru the aisles, you have been warned that you might come upon someone trying clothes on and they might not be fully covered ?.”
“I stopped by to see if they had perfumes and oils from The UAE, and they had a pretty good selection. You’ll find the TikTok hyped Al-Rhab perfumes here, I was able to get Soft and Golden Sand oils for $5 each, which is cheaper than Amazon. The shop keeper was also very helpful in helping me find some other perfume oils and solids. He also made some good suggestions.They have a ton of samples to try out. If you are in search of Arab/Middle Eastern perfumes, give this place a try before ordering online. You’ll be able to see what works and doesn’t work for you, while supporting a locally owned business.”

“Vu is super nice and friendly, but the place is a bit more expensive than other tailors I've been to, but I should have known by the area he is located. We got simple hemmed pant legs from him, and they cost $25 each, completed a week later. I had legs tapered in at a tailor in California for that same price. (Vu wanted to charge me $80 for pant leg tapering.) So he may be best for more expensive pieces where the higher charge makes sense, but for more simple tailoring, would recommend another place.”

You even get a chance to win store credits by doing a quick survey, and get special discounts when using your phone number at the transactions!By far, very nice staff. They wouldn’t mind helping you, and yet, nonetheless they’re not invading your bubble in your thrifting experience. Deana and I joked about how his human sister, Emerson, would challenge the Orvis shipping team with Shadow monogrammed doggie decor.Deana and Shadow headed out the door to run errands. First stop, Sugar and Sage on Lovers, then to the park, dry cleaners, and, of course, a stop at Orvis.The team members are so pleasant at the Orvis location at Preston Center. They greeted the dynamic duo and helped Shadow take a spin for the free Orvis tennis ball- by the way; Shadow might be the only dog on the planet that doesn't chase tennis balls.Shadow found a new favorite collar and added a light for late-night walks to ensure he sees all the best spots to sniff.If you have never shopped for canine couture at Orvis, it's worth the trip.”

At first I was put off by the pricing (though these snail bookends were far below retail and from Anthropologie), I felt amazing that I supported homeless pets. I've always liked the unique items I've found here, from T-shirts to tunics to pashmina shawls to snuggly hoodies. The ladies I've encountered here were all pretty wonderful, too!”
