Horrible Service i swear i think Maria has it out against me. one time in the line while she was attending to me i asked her to check for a certain package . She told me to wait and that " I'll be right back" she said. i waited there for a while until i saw another man come out and i asked him where is maria!? she said that she will be back. and he told me that maria left! so in the middle of attending to me she just left and made me wait. she didn't bother telling someone! I hate Maria. I wish Maria the worst in life!!

They supposedly open at 8:30am on weekdays but that isn't true. I waited til 8:45 and the entrance was still closed. I saw a mail man working towards the back of the post office and he said the side door was open. So I go in and when I'm being attended I tell the lady at the front that the front doors are locked and it was well past 8:30. She didn't apologize or even say she would send someone to unlock them. Nope. Nothing. Instead she tells me I should have tried the side door. Who goes anywhere and checks for side doors? Such a rude lady. If you're so miserable with your job you should look for another one. No wonder this place gets such bad reviews.

I do not recommend using this method for shipping, they always take time to leave the packages and one specifies that they leave them at the door and they never do, my packages always arrive late because of those who deliver the packages, very bad service, terrible service, I do not recommend them.

They never answer the phone, and they always deliver my correspondence and packages to other houses, many packages have been stolen from me because the house where they leave them does not return them to me ??? terrible service

USPS where's my package you've been holding it without delivering for 2 whole days!! Tomorrow is Sunday, which means I won't get my package until next week. So dumb.. why would you close at 12 on weekends?? Give me my package!!

Worst service ever, even one star is too much. When they couldn’t deliver mail, they decided to return it back to the sender. They made this decision on day X after 4pm and when in the next morning I called to ask if I can pick my mail from mail office because we are ready to go to all mail offices in Texas just to receive it, they didn’t want to share any info, weren’t helpful. It takes hours to call them, 0 empathy, 0 human factor. Shouldn’t the system be made to help the people?

I have been with the post office in Hidalgo Texas for many years! The people are very kind to the customer service, I have not had any problems until today, my email ? arrives on time, it arrives well and I am satisfied with the postal service. If you do not have email, find out and open your email, it is quite safe there with them.. about everything most important that you get there. more reliable and secure…??????
