I was in the Valley for the long weekend. I got a package deal with flight, rental and hotel. This was the hotel that’s was assigned to me by third party. It’s a clean hotel over all, but there were few issues with it. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable, the towels and sheets were not clean. My reservation came with breakfast. The breakfast was cereal, coffee and slices of bread with jam. I do not think this qualifies as breakfast. It’s a bit misleading. The location is also far from McAllen and Edinburg. I will probably won’t stay there next time when I am in the valley.

Good value for money. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, there are details that can be improved. The pool is very good. Breakfast needs to improve, it's practically coffee, juice and bread.A few minutes from the plaza mall and shopping centers.

Well my experience, I tell you that I was there for about 2 days, the treatment was spectacular, they helped me a lot, I was there for almost a year when I crossed the border and we had nothing, it was my son and I, thanks to the housekeeping and the receptionist they helped us a few changes of clothes, toys and snacks. Thank you for your cooperation.

The rooms were really clean, and the price was amazingly low. Gilbert at the front desk was fantastic, really funny and helpful when it came to ordering breakfast tacos(we don't speak spanish). There is a great little mexican restaurant with a breakfast buffet about a mile from the hotel, ask him about it. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is there is no waffle maker at breakfast like the pictures show and the rooms do not have a kitchenette, just microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge , still very happy with our stay and we extended two more nights. The pool is really nice too.

Terrible place, especially for the relationship between price and quality.Uncomfortable beds.Very hard pillows.The weather released something into the air that made us cough.Not recommended.

I am really very disappointed with this Hotel, there were cockroaches in the room, the breakfast they offer is terrible, only bread, cereal, juice and coffee, the receptionist is the same one who is in the kitchen and the maid, that is, a person to everything, better not offer breakfast because that and nothing are the same,Emigdio.

Stayed here as it was closest to delivery location. Was posted $42 for the night but when I got there It ended up costing me $81.00. Stayed in room 104 on 01-23-2024. They must not change the sheets unless they are very dirty. Being a bald man I know the handful of 12 to 14" long hair I found after pulling back the sheets didn't belong to me.

They only put a stock of things at breakfast and when they run out they don't put any more, even if it's still time to have breakfast.Recommendation: get up very early to have breakfast, I don't think this will change.Rooms: Clean rooms, suitable for sleeping, they have a micro and a bar fridge which are quite useful.

To be honest I wanted to give the hotel a 1 star but I want to be fair. My reservation was for a top floor room for the sake of peace and quiet. This hotel was itself quiet minus the family in the room overhead with parents that REFUSED to control their energetic toddlers that continued to run from one end of the room to the other, non-stop for hours even after management told them more than once to take the kids outside to play or control their animals because they are disturbing other guests.That nuisance aside, the room was not equipped with a coffee maker, a fire alarm, the sofa had stains, the furniture was badly cared for, only one light worked at the sink in the bathroom and the television seemed to be from the early 1980's. It was about 6 inches thick and a Curtis Mathis.
