This person is a scammer, they booked a shipment with us and never responded when regard to payment. They owe thousands of dollars for a shipment that was moved. Do not do business with Cesar Garcia as he will not pay you back!

He does not pay his debts, be very careful when granting a line of credit, he is a client with a dangerous and bad history.He currently has a balance of 3150.00 USD for a truck that we moved and he had no problems.

They owe my client $40,000.00 USD. Mr. Garcia bounced a $15,000 ACH payment which was suppose to be the down payment. Lots of excuses, no payments. He is a complete scam artist
