When you buy your pieces they tell you that EVERYTHING has a guarantee and when you return what was damaged they tell you that leaving the lot you lose the guarantee ? save your money and don't go with these people

I bought an engine with them and I told them to please wait for an engine in good condition. This was in April 2021. An employee named Ivan who was at the counter told me that it would arrive in 15 days and I gave him an advance for a $1000 engine. I received the engine in July. Before receiving it, I asked him to show it to me turned on in the vehicle from which I was going to take it. He told me yes. As the months passed, I made up a series of excuses, that the cars were expensive, that it was raining. Etc
The engine was not the same, the intake was different, the oil filter was broken and the crankcase was bad, there was no access to the screw to change the oil and the engine did not start. I went to complain to him and he told me to take it and he would fix it for me. 2 months passed in September and he told me that it was over, but I had to pay him 150 dollars.
I'm going to receive it and the vehicle is 2 squares away from your business. I checked it and the dipstick sleeve to check the oil was damaged. October passes and he finally hands it to me. But I changed the oil filter and it was white and now it's blue???? What happened is another rebuilt engine or the original one of the vehicle because they ask you for it in exchange.
It is November 7th and the vehicle has an oil leak. I spoke to him and he told me that they don't give a guarantee on that. The mechanic checks for a crankshaft gasket. But they also left the sign packaging without a screw and about 5 half screws in various parts of the engine and the bell screws, it only had 2 of them and also burrs in the motor oil. Did they change the engine? I honestly don't know how they work but they are garbage. I don't know how any authority doesn't do something because it's not just me. I feel cheated.

Bought a motor from them 4 months ago n convinced me to put it there with them it took them only 3 days to put it on when i got it not evey a week n the truck broke down again then i told them they took it but it took them almost 2 months to pick up ?after they picked it up it took them 2 months again to "supposely" get another motor n we got it back last week w the other motor n still does the same thing ??? i think they just screwd me over because i took it w 3 mechanics and all say the same thing. Motor has not been changed only looks like the chains were replaced... i paid 1400 for the motor and 400 for mechanic plus when they came for it they charged me 40 ?

Got my vehicle to be fix here for a new motor. They ended up crashing my car. Then they denied the car was damaged their and once I brought it up theyr covered it up saying it was already like that.

This company is so unprofessional very rude customer service asking for prices and asking them if they have warranty they rudely said no and said (listen to what I’m saying if your buying this part you have no warranty and can’t return if it don’t work) And ask if at least we can try out and said no very ugly attitude and bad servicesI called other company’s and they were very understandable saying if one does not work we have other 2 you can try out for cheaper price as well

Read before shopping or using their mechanic services (this place is no good) SAVING YOU TIME AND MONEY.First they didnt wanna sale me the motor unless they mounted it. So I gave them the job to do it. After mounting it. And keeping the truck for 2 weeks. The motor they had was no good so they had to other another took almost 2 weeks to get it. (Honestly I think they were trying to fix the one I had and lie about it). So they Supposably ordered a 2nd motor. Took almost same time to get here. Motor is finally mounted trucks works not so good. And now with a transmission problem.. this place is not even 1 star ...... went back cause now it looks like they even swapped my transmission...and as I went in,, there was already another customer fighting over coming back 2 time to try to replace a bad part they sold to him. That was no good. Also employees fight over their mistakes, and are very rude.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!Went to buy a motor from them, I had to allow them to mount it for me in order to receive warranty. Well THEY DID NOT ADD MY MOTOR MOUNT! Had to find out from my mechanic after sending it to get checked after M&J did not want to help me and said I had no more warranty (when I only had 1 month with it and the warranty was for 3 months) showed receipt and all and still did nothing! I seriously do not recommend going to them.

I was looking for a radiator. They said they had the part and to go by. I asked them to have the part up front. They said okay. I showed up 20 mins later. They said they were bringing part to the front. I waited for 15 minutes and then asked how much longer. They said about 10 or 15 minutes. I guess they didn't need my business... Just going to buy it new
