“Blue Star Trading is in a beautiful historic building. Part gift shop, part furniture shop, and part photographic history museum, this is a must visit in Hico. Becky, the owner, is so sweet and chatted with Hubby and I about the building restoration. While the shopping is downstairs, do not miss the opportunity to go upstairs to the events space. The walls are lined with historical photographs of Hico and the building as well as the old Hico Post Office.”

“By far one of my favorite places to shop!! Fast shipping and great deals!! Wonderful customer service as well. If I ever get to the Hico area I will for sure stop in!!”
“The Hico Mercantile consists of various vendor booths. Lots of gift ideas and clothing. Pricing depends on the booth and seller, but no real "bargains." The historic building is beautiful with a second floor full of vendor booths. Good place to wander for an unique gift.”
