I had some problems getting packages delivered on time and they called me and helped me out and are looking into it. So they will help you if you have issues.

Can't ask for better small town customer service! Somewhere up the line my priority mail package was routed to "Chico", Tx. I filed a missing mail claim on the main USPS website and less than 24 hours later received a call from the Hico PO saying they would retrieve my package and deliver today. ?
