Delicious steaks, great marbling and juicy !
I prefer Chapmans dry aged meat, to other butchers that wet age. Mark is responsive and gives great service too! I’m all in!

Very well-run Christian business. Has open arms for people, even if they are not product consumers at the time. Mark and his families are shining and trustworthy stars in a bitter and hateful world. Definitely recommend this business for your needs for protein.

I reached out to Mark from 3C to ask some questions regarding his products and gave a comparison of what I was used to in a different states product at a restaurant.Mark responded with an hour and not only researched the restaurant's products and explained more about them than I knew about them.Then he explained what I was used to and what his company had to offer including a product that would match what I was used to eating elsewhere. Mark and Family are wonderful people who really care about the products they sell and you their customer! Customer service left the marketplace years ago but not at Chapmans! I had a package of their high quality beef delayed in shipment, however, their superior packaging protected the product and after a 3 day journey it arrived still frozen and intact. The flavor and quality of their beef, pork and chicken is 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. My family hasn't bought any meats elsewhere since we started our relationship with the Chapmans! I highly recommend this family owned business to anyone, you won't be disappointed!
