I couldn’t be happier with my experience wedding planning with the staff at The Olana. Audra made the process so easy, and went out of her way to make sure I was happy with everything. Taylor took time out of her day to reach out to me and work with my needs. I have yet to decide on a Wedding venue, but Olana takes the cake for the most helpful staff ever!

This place is not only your wedding venue. This is a place that will welcome you with open arms and remember you for years to come!Macie is my favorites at The Olana! She is quite literally a pro! I have never had more fun interacting with an individual in my life, she is not afraid to welcome you with a big smile and a kind heart! We loved our tour and love seeing you at all of the Olana events

The Olana is the DREAM venue, and I can’t wait to celebrate me and my fiancé’s love here. However, I must give a magnificent review of my wedding specialist, Nick G.! There aren’t enough stars in the galaxy to give this man for the outstanding service. He single handily made my wedding experience when we toured the Olana. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. His energy and dedication to making sure I’m able to bring our vision to life is unmatched. He made the entire process so smooth and fun which I didn’t think was possible for wedding planning. My fiancé was even impressed by Nick, and he is hard to impress! We both agreed that no one could have been a fit/part of this journey than Nick!

Catherine was AMAZING. Honestly, the venue alone is simply stunning and enough of a reason to have your wedding there, but the cherry on top is the amazing staff that work with you leading up to and on your special day to make sure everything is PERFECT. Catherine was our coordinator and our main point of contact throughout the planning and the day of the event and we honestly don’t have the words to express how amazing her and her team were! From checking in on me every time she saw me during the getting ready time to even making sure we had exactly what we wanted on our dinner plates. She came up to us multiple times during the party to ask if we needed anything, drinks, food, water. Honestly, I would use the Olana over and over again just for the amazing support and the staff! We cannot thank Catherine and her team enough for being so amazing!

The Olana is a beautiful venue! We had a wedding there this past week and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Catherine the planner at The Olana, helped every step of the way, and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to help! She went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations! It truly is a stunning venue with great staff!

We have booked The Olana for January of 2024 and are so excited to get married here. It is a one stop shop and so extravagant and memorable! Our planner is Catherine Peck and she has made our experience a billion times better. She has taken all of the planning off of our shoulders and is so organized. Cannot recommend enough and will update once our wedding is last if there is anything that I think should be noted but if you don’t hear back from me it was an incredible experience!!UPDATE FROM AFTER THE WEDDING (02-2024):Our experience at The Olana was absolutely incredible. The venue is stunning and the staff are amazing.To be completely honest, our initial experience with the sales person was not the best, but we went ahead and booked. From that moment on, we were assigned to our wedding planner whose name is Catherine Peck. I cannot express to you what an amazing experience it was to work with her and the other vendors, but especially Catherine. She went above and beyond to make sure that our day was perfect.When the day came of our wedding, she and all the other staff went above and beyond for us and our family. I was seriously floored by how perfect the day turned out.We worked with Tina for the Flowers and Lexie Krug for the Photography. James was our DJ. All of these special people made our day extraordinary and work with Walters so if you can request anyone, I would highly recommend them!We had the London Baker as our baker for the wedding cake since we were not very impressed with the dessert people that The Olana gave us a credit towards (we did use the credit for cupcakes and cookies which went fast, though!). Only other downside (if you can call it that) was that we weren’t very impressed with the paper company that we had a credit towards and ended up working with another vendor for our invitations BUT the Lyons Paperie (who works with The Olana/Walters Weddings) were very nice and quick to get us the items we did order with our credit, we just felt they didn’t have a great selection and were pricey.I never expected my wedding day to be the best day of my life and I know it sounds cliche but it totally was the most magical day for us and I don’t think it would have been that amazing without the help of Catherine and the staff they put in place. Our ceremony had to be moved indoors and Catherine worked with us, and took all the burdens off of us, to make sure it was a gorgeous, seamless affair.We don’t have the professional photos from the wedding day yet but I’ll include some candids from guests along with one from my bridalPortrait which was also done by Lexie. Seriously, I cried because I was so overwhelmed with joy on the day. I got to marry the best man in the world and everyone involved made us feel so incredibly special and loved (and beautiful!).Thank you to The Olana and Catherine and all of the people I mentioned (and more!) for making our wedding a day/night that I will always look back on with the absolute fondest of memories. It was like a fairytale! I can’t recommend them enough!

Nick is MADE for this line of work; if wedding planning is a love language, it is Nick's native tongue. Touring the Olana with him went so well that, at the end of our tour, I refused to get up off the couch and leave until my fiance signed on the dotted line to seal the deal; because if Nick is this professional while remaining pleasant, he's certainly set the standard for the rest of the Olana staff and their services. In getting to know Nick, my fiance and I are comforted and reassured that the rest planning process is going to go smooth with our best interest in their heart. Thank you so much Nick and I cant wait to see you again already!.

Because the whole process was a joke. We were promised so many things and your management clearly underdelivered. For instances like a private menu tasting. Then we’re told we had to pay $700!? Like really? I’m sorry but I’ve been to 5 star restaurants for the same price. When this GLOBAL PANDEMIC happened and my salon was shutdown for almost 3 months! I asked for a pause on payments temporary because I had ZERO money coming in and all y’all basically said was tough. That’s a darn shame to put y’all in the category as businesses that don’t care if you have be personally affected by COVID. When we signed or original contract we paid for a “day of coordinator” and at our final payment meeting we were told we had to pay more for now a wedding planner to do the same thing we thought we already paid for. Fast forward, to our rehearsal day your whole estate was terrible from wedding before. The lawn wasn’t mowed, there was trash and beer cans everywhere, not to mention the wasps nests and ant piles we stepped in. The coordinator that day failed to inform me nor my planner that they were not even going to put a few chairs out for us and locked the doors to not even let us use the bathroom?! The day of the actual wedding we showed up with my planner at 11:55 just for them to literally make us wait outside with all of our stuff till EXACTLY 12pm? I would of paid extra for the 5 minutes since y’all love to nickel and dime people. Nobody would take our calls or emails the whole time. My planner had to physically drive up there to get in touch With someone to pay our dues. Your management apparently doesn’t want money. And to top it off after our wedding we were told “we damaged suits” and brought alcohol. Now I work for a very high profile salon and this is exactly what we do for a living is do hair and makeup for wedding, we know how to take care of wedding venues. When asked for proof nobody emailed me back which is just another reason why this facility is a joke and loves to rob people. I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. Not that your management cares but before our below mediocre Experience here I had 6 people I recommended The Olana to and you lost all of them. #Sorrynotsorry -Xoxo Helena Meudt

Wow, wow, wow. I cannot express my thanks and gratitude towards the staff of Walters Wedding Estates for making my wedding day on 11/12/2023, the BEST DAY EVER. Every staff member I came in contact with leading up to the day made every thing go smoothly and ultimately made the wedding day run seamlessly. I wanted to personally thank and give a shout out to Melanie Anderson, Kayla Bednar, Jared + Matthew (our AMAZING DJs), Alex Larson, Derick, Malyn and Cayden. These caring individuals were all there on wedding day or helped throughout the planning process and had a hand in making every single moment special. This venue and team made my husband and I's DREAM WEDDING happen. It was ALL worth it. THANK YOU!

This wedding venue is magnificent! It has 4 floors. It is spacious, with high ceilings. It not only provides a large dining hall and dancing place, but also library and different sizes of meeting halls. It even includes two bowling alleys, a half basketball court and a room for a pool table. However, its food does not commensurate with its splandeur.
