This is still the only shop I trust to work on my WRX. They are vastly knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and always fair on pricing, especially for the high quality of their work. They have caught things others have missed on multiple occasions. One time, a different shop had indicated that my rotors were fine, even though my steering wheel would shake during braking. AutoScience found the rotors to be warped. Another time, I had camshaft sensor engine codes that the dealership failed to fix on two attempts. I brought my car to AutoScience, and they knew how to get to the root of the engine codes the first time. Thank you again to this exceptional business.”

“I had to have the catalytic converters replaced again. On most cars it is a simple job but on a Honda Odssey it is a nightmare. Three different units in hard to get to places. I had this done at another shop two years ago and they took a month. These guys took two working days and also replaced bad spark plugs. I like this shop.
I had a very bad but simple problem. My appointment was at 9am but I got there early and they started asap. It was a really bad oil leak that could have killed the engine but it was the oil filter housing. They cleaned the bottom of the motor, found the leak and replaced the gasket seal. They were done in four hours. These guys were not cheap but they know what they are doing. I like this place.”

“We got a new ECU and BCM put in our car and took off to Colorado. We got to Durango and our car broke down again. The Durango Toyota dealership kept it for two months, and $4,000 later, couldn't fix it. We had Durango Toyota ship it to All About Imports in Denton, TX. They found the problem and fixed it for $750 and got it to us in Pleasanton, Texas. It's been running great ever since. Thanks to all of the people involved at All About Imports. It was a great experience.”

“The difference between auto repair shops can be subtle, but in this case, it was significant. My daughter, a UNT grad student, had a steering issue, and since I'm an hour away, trust is crucial.
Our first experience at a popular shop with great reviews and highly recommended was disappointing: they never mentioned, either in writing or over the phone, a $127 diagnostic fee. More importantly, my daughter felt she was not treated warmly or kindly.
Then we found Barebones Auto Repair, again recommended by both UNT parents and Google reviews. They are the complete opposite. They do what they say, when they say it. There are no hidden charges, only fair, upfront prices and a fast turnaround. The people are warm, friendly, and professional. This was as positive of an auto repair experience as you could hope for.
While it’s only been one visit, I'm already a huge fan!”

“Needed an A/C recharge for my 04 Buick Century. Never had it recharged before, but eventually they need it. It only has 62k miles and I keep it pristine. You could literally eat a heated muffin off the valve cover; it is that clean. Carl, the owner, was honest and didn't jack me around about putting A/C Dye in the system to make a mess, check for a leak, diagnostic service and the other garbage 5 other shops pretty much insisted on forcing on me, to get it recharged. It is a 20yo car. It is normal to need a recharge periodically.
Carl took good care of my old car, Recharged it, put a little A/C oil in the system, kept everything clean, talked to me about what was needed and now it is like new. It is, freezing me out of it, if I don't keep the fan on low.
AAA+ experience with an honest shop. Glad I found this Auto Service Shop.”

“Inspections made quick and easy. I do my own oil changes, so I can't say how they are for that. They do, however, make inspections painless, and they don't charge you an arm and a leg. I don't usually spend more than about twenty minutes in their waiting room when I go there, and the inspection costs around twenty bucks.
I recommend this place anytime my friends need inspections, and I recommend to you as well!”
