We have used them for disassembling cabinets, Tv mounts, fridge moves, and misc. household items. We have also used them for transporting items from location to location, semi truck unloads, and storage container unloads. Great work all around. Israel and his crew have been a great help.”

“We moved from PA to TX in a large ABF trailer. While our goods were en route, Steven was super flexible with us, as we needed to change our move-in plan a few times once we realized that the trailer would not fit in our new driveway. With very little notice, Steven was able to provide us with a 5 man team and 2 trucks to meet the trailer at the terminal and move our belongings off the trailer and onto smaller trucks to be delivered and moved into our new home. This was a stressful situation that was made easier by Carte Blanche Moving. Ethan and his team showed up on a 100+ degree day and worked hard and fast basically moving our goods twice in 1 day- including a very heavy piano, which they moved with ease. The Carte Blanche team was professional, strong, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely hire this company again in the future, and will recommend them to family and friends!”

“We used Puma to move from Mckinney to Oklahoma City. Even though it was in another state, it was within 200 miles, so it was treated like a same day local move. Daniel (Sales) was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the process and eased my mind a few times. The price was almost half what I was quoted from other companies so I was skeptical, however Puma came through with a great crew. They were fast, efficient and very pleasant to work with. “If I could give them more stars I would because 5 just isn’t enough.
When we moved down from Colorado back home we searched and searched for a storage unit that we could afford at the time. Funds were tight from the move and both of us being in between jobs. We had our whole home in our cars and it was all about to be lost.
Thankfully we came across Bell Avenue Self Storage and they saved it all. They gave us the perfect size storage unit, the perfect payment plan, and guided us every step of the way. If we were ever late on a payment they never made us feel bad or scared us into thinking we would lose our things. They were always understanding and so helpful.
Two days ago, after what felt like a lifetime, we were finally able to move our home into our new apartment. And thanks to Bell Avenue Self Storage, that’s exactly what it feels like… Our home <3”

“I thought really long and hard about what to post in this review tbh. I've had a unit here since around 2017-2018 ish, over the course of that time I have had no issues. In fact the people who run this place have been more than accommodating to me in order for me not to lose my unit. I have been late multiple times and sometimes almost 2 months behind and they worked with me so I wouldn't lose my things, many of which were sentimental. Hannah especially was very helpful, it was easy to communicate as well as she was always quick to answer the phone or her emails. She's even adjusted my due date when I changed jobs to accomodate my payment schedule as I was always late on payments, she fully explained the process as well so i wasn't shocked when I got prorated charges as she had already explained them. That being said I didn't want to leave a fully negative review and block someone else's blessing and have them go to another unit and have issues. I will say that my move out process was not smooth at all, I had called Hannah and let her know I was finally moving my stuff out of storage and what the process was, she explained and one of the things was to not leave stuff outside of the dumpster. While I was moving stuff into my moving truck we put all the trash items to the front of the truck to drive to the dumpster to leave and were going to make another round back to the unit to grab the rest of the stuff at this time we had left 1 dresser and 1 kids kitchen outside of the dumpster with the intent of putting it back in the truck on the second round and just taking it with us as we have bulk pick up where we live. during this process a man, who i can only assume was Robert, confronted us as he had wrongly assumed we re not going to pick up our trash, myself and my boyfriend had repeated to him multiple times that we were not done. He was extremely rude and condescending and kept talking to me like I was stupid, at that point I went off. I have nothing nice to say about him but the situation could have been handled way differently instead of assumptions. after the initial interaction we finished putting everything into the truck to go back to the dumpster at this point we saw that what we had left behind had already been put into the dumpster which he later said he did himself, why he did this I'm not sure. He then said what we had wouldn't fit and that we had to pull everything out of the dumpster, absolutely not. We did not put it in he did, either way we were able to close the lid and left it at that. through this second interaction he had his phone pulled out on me to "catch" me flipping out which yes after he had been extremely rude, in my personal space, and condescending I was not nice in any way shape or form. I found it funny he pulled his phone out only after he had pissd me off but luckily my car has dash cams with audio so I was also able to catch him being rude to be during the 1st interaction which i told him and that when he started to back down. My bf again had to step in and have me get into the car and we left. The man then tried to be all buddy buddy with my bf and tried to get chummy and apologize to him which my bf brushed off and said he had no interest after he had been so disrespectful to me. overall if you read all this for the ladies in particular I highly recommend dealing with Hannah ONLY or having another male with you when interacting with Robert and when moving your stuff to and from the facility.”
