Cell phone chores are never a pleasant thing to take care of... I usually start online and find some customer svc # where I stupidly yell at a robot for a while and get hung up on. Eventually, you gotta go to the store and deal with it, which is usually hit or miss with ANY company. Abdul was the young gentleman working that afternoon and he knew exactly what I needed and I barely said 2 words. He fixed it in the time it took me to blink. He's magical. LOL Could not tank him enough.

Do not waste your time at this location, you will only get pissed off at the incredible incompetence of the staff, especially from the short Indian lady. I hate to leave this negative review but the owner of this branch should have consequences for wasting people's time.

Aisha is an amazing customer service representative at the store she helped me activate my device she was super patient and because of her I will return all of my business to the store I highly recommend the store simply because of customer service Aisha and her friendliness and her customer service five stars all the way!!

Yesterday I visited this Metro PCS store with my husband, after a frustrating experience at another location that turned us away. Aisha, the employee who assisted us, completely turned our day around. She was professional, polite, and very personable.
Aisha understood our issue immediately and resolved it efficiently. Her dedication and positive attitude made a significant difference. She is so knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions as well as cleared up any confusion we had. From now on, we will only be going to this location. Metro PCS should be proud to have her on their team. Thank you, Aisha, for your outstanding assistance!

Terrible service, the boy who helped me kept a chip from my cell phone and didn't recognize me. One was delivered to me that was not. He is a young man, I believe, Hispanic. I came away frustrated. It was this Friday, Sept. 8. Be careful ?

The employees at this location will scam you and rob from you. Don't come here. And if you do ask for your detail receipt and do not leave the store until you receive it. The manager and her team justWant your money. Stay away from here.

The owner was a beautiful Indian woman very nice and helpful. But asked if I wanted insurance o said no. She said she'll gimme 3 free months. I wanted glass protector and case for new phone I got. Didn't have either. Originally was told I'd spend about $160. No prob. Rang me up $240. I said wth. She charged me for a case and glass I needed to come back to get? Insurance,and other charges of things I didn't want. Luckily I caught it and got everything took off. Or so I thought. First mont Bill $75!! Supposed to be $50. She added insurance and mexico calling! Metro customer service made it right and I didn't pay for anything I didn't want. Don't go here!

Paid $220+ for a phone (including protective case) . However they did not have the case in stock...before leaving the store I was assured my case would be there either that evening or the following day. Was also told I would get a phone call and they were willing to drop it off at my home if it was convenient , all items were paid for in advance....it has now been 5 days and I have STILL not received the case for my phone . I paid good money , and am NOT happy

I went to this location and received the best customer service I have ever seen in this market. Vinney went above and beyond to help me get the problem I had resolved within a reasonable time. Vinney was courteous, professional, intelligent, and exhibited a great understanding of treating guests (customers) as king/queen. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants an honest and reasonable deal their phone provider.
