“Outdoor Living has built our last 2 pools. There is a reason we go back to them over and over. They recently added a new heater for us. We had extensive work that needed to be done to run the gas line to the pool equipment. There was a lot of digging but the work and end result was nothing short of "awesome". Tony was simply amazing. He stayed on top of the project, constantly showing up, checking the work, calling me, etc. He made it a point to repeatedly call me and set expectations while managing the entire process like a world class professional. We are loving our new heater. The water is a hot 93 degrees and I may never come out”

I would like to share with you my latest experience at your local Costco in Lewisville, TX.
On Monday, May 12th, I picked up the cake I ordered from your bakery department. I was so excited to see the final product and long behold it looked like a kid’s birthday cake. Mind you this cake is for a bridal shower we had the next day for a coworker. When I got to the register to pay, the cashier had mentioned everything good, and I said no I’m not happy with the cake it’s suppose to be for a bridal shower. She immediately got the manager. He reached out to another manager that so happened to be the former Bakery Manager for 18 years. I hit the jackpot! ? Scott immediately took over and we went back to the bakery and he wanted to make this right for me. He asked me colors, how many roses, what I wanted to write on the cake, just made it all right for me. He had such a great attitude and he seemed like he was really enjoying the moment. It seems that those 18 years in the bakery just came back with such ease to him.
I have been a member since 2006, I wanted you to know that my love for Costco just got bigger!! Thank you Scott, Costco employees and the GREAT customer service!!”

Market Street corporate seriously needs to crack down on their more rude and grumpy managers and employees, for real! And as Adam Drilon mentioned right below me, I too would love for them to give us a contactless, 'tap to pay' feature on all gas pumps to avoid any potential card skimming incidents and things like that! Please add that to all your in-store cash registers at all locations, if you have not already! I haven't checked that in a while, so that's probably been a thing, but just wanted to include the cash registers too, just in case! All the best to the GOOD employees out there, most of all Ted and Robert. Always a great time with those two! Best workers around here and deserve it all and MORE. Always incredibly patient, understanding, fun, gracious, welcoming, pleasant, respectful and kind. Give all I listed (if any still work there) GOOD raises and benefits, PLEASE! Keep them as long as HUMANLY POSSIBLE, I BEG!! ???”

“The drinks are sometimes really cold, other times they're like barely below room temperature. Not sure if their refrigeration system is jacked up or if they set it that way to save $$,.
paying $2.50/gallon in gas is ok, but when you're essentially paying $32/gallon for Monster. I expect it to be cold.
