“My son's Iphone 12 quit turning on. We assumed it was the battery. We originally took it across the street to a different repair shop(we went to the 1st one we saw on google). They said it wasn't the battery but needed a new screen. They referred us to this store. When we went and explained the situation (that it may need a new screen), they advised that it would cost $121 for a new screen. After a few hours, we came back and the phone was like brand new and working beautifully. IT WAS THE BATTERY! And the cost of a new battery was $80. So we were not scammed! The gentleman at the front (may have been an owner) was incredibly kind and helpful. This is where we will come every time we need Iphone repair. Very happy with this repair shop!”

“I want to say if you ever need anything looked at or completely fixed and resolved, you will get nothing less at the Lewisville TX location. Caleb fixed an issue I had been facing for over a week in less than 5 minutes. Not even the customer service could fix my issue and but Caleb was courteous, respectful, he heard my issue, and he immediately knew what to do. He gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever had and was so apologetic for the issues. He was even multitasking and assisting 2 other customers at the time. “This target is awesome always a great selection of stuff seems to be a little understaffed but the people who are there are always great and super kind. Parking is great plenty of clothes options and self care options. This target has never not had something I needed and is super convenient whenever I’m in a hurry I’m always able to be in and out of there fast. No issues once so ever.”

Also can vouch my TV is still great years later with no defects. Always recommend pick up vs. delivery with big TVs because the delivery people WILL damage your TV. The Best Buy workers here don't! “My voicemail had a glitch and would not accept messages for the past 6 months. I tried calling Verizon and could not get past the automated "help." I went to the Denton Verizion store on Loop 288, and Shea (a real human) patiently worked through the problem for me. He fixed the error, and I now have a working voicemail service. He didn't make me feel like an incompetent idiot either!! YAY SHEA! THANK YOU!”

“Cell phone chores are never a pleasant thing to take care of... I usually start online and find some customer svc # where I stupidly yell at a robot for a while and get hung up on. Eventually, you gotta go to the store and deal with it, which is usually hit or miss with ANY company. Abdul was the young gentleman working that afternoon and he knew exactly what I needed and I barely said 2 words. He fixed it in the time it took me to blink. He's magical. LOL Could not tank him enough.”
