This is a HUGE deal if you are buying one of the rare games sold here for over $100. For example, being told my ordered equipment is out for 3 months when it was in a back room. Eventually, you gotta go to the store and deal with it, which is usually hit or miss with ANY company. Abdul was the young gentleman working that afternoon and he knew exactly what I needed and I barely said 2 words. He fixed it in the time it took me to blink. He's magical.
