Came in to add my spouse name to account and the only banker working said it would take 15 minutes but she had an appointment in 15 min so she couldn't squeeze us in. No one else was in the bank. God forbid her next appointment wait 2 or 3 min. We had to bring our 9 month baby with us. Instead we have to wait over a week to accommodate everyone's schedule - husband, wife, baby. They have our money but can't help us. Ridiculous!! I would not recommend this branch.

Stupid touch screen on the ATM does not work at drive-thru. tried to make a deposit but the screen does not work.

Trying to open an account but can't get any help from anyone at chase. I went to a branch and they told me they were too busy to see me today even though I was the only customer in the building. Tried to go online to set up an account and that won't work. I called five different numbers and the few that answer just tell me to call someone else. Called the bank near my house 10 times and no one will answer.
Guess I got to go somewhere else

I took both of my teens to open an account today, but there were not any bankers. I tried to inquire whether there was another branch they could recommend that might be able to help and the branch manager, Yuberlany Rodriguez Naranjo, stepped in with the most condescending tone to tell us it would take two hours so no one would be able to help us until Monday. I asked if there was a manager that could help and he told me he was the manager and it was “not in his job description” to open accounts. He told us if we weren’t happy there was a Wells Fargo conveniently across the street. I was aghast at the lack of any attempt at some resembling customer service and the level of condescension he exhibited.

Only one (very slow) agent working on a Friday . Couldn’t care less about the huge line inside . I don’t blame her tho, I’d be the same if I was the ONLY person working the inside counter with 7 people waiting

Horrible customer experience and service at this location. Staff is rude and unprofessional. It takes forever to get anything done at this branch. The ATM does not always work as well. Be warned.

Nathalie refused to service me because I used to play bingo at the place her mother managed and she recognized me from there. They passed my deposit back and forth four times. It took more than 10 minutes to make a deposit inside the branch because I had to wait for the drive thru girl to finish serving EVERY ONE in the drive thru. There was only me and one other person inside the branch. I spoke to the manager Ben about it and he basically said if I don’t like it go to another bank. Could not get more impersonal if you tried. TERRIBLE experience.

Dustin is the Branch Manager at Hickory Creek Chase Branch. I just want to say that he is simply the most helpful, knowledgeable and professional person I have ever met.
