Only one (very slow) agent working on a Friday . Couldn’t care less about the huge line inside . I don’t blame her tho, I’d be the same if I was the ONLY person working the inside counter with 7 people waiting

Horrible customer experience and service at this location. Staff is rude and unprofessional. It takes forever to get anything done at this branch. The ATM does not always work as well. Be warned.

Nathalie refused to service me because I used to play bingo at the place her mother managed and she recognized me from there. They passed my deposit back and forth four times. It took more than 10 minutes to make a deposit inside the branch because I had to wait for the drive thru girl to finish serving EVERY ONE in the drive thru. There was only me and one other person inside the branch. I spoke to the manager Ben about it and he basically said if I don’t like it go to another bank. Could not get more impersonal if you tried. TERRIBLE experience.

Had a couple issues here-THEY GAVE ME WRONG CHANGE, they were about 10$ short in a 100$ bundle.ATM does work properlyNo one checks their voicemail even though it’s setup,Needless to say a bad chase branch experience, I would avoid it. The wrong change issue was fixed but the fact that it happened speaks volumes especially for a bank.

Branch closed, although there are no indications of this online. As a business owner, this is very frustrating. COVID or not, life goes on. It’s unacceptable to drive to a branch and see a paper sign on the door saying the lobby is closed.Very strongly evaluating moving my business account elsewhere and giving a smaller bank my business.
