The waiting room was very inviting! My daughter and I loved the decor! It was very well thought out for the type of business! They did a full inspection on our vehicle since it was our first visit and we received a full color report with photos of all of the potential issues that the vehicle had in addition to the initial issue we brought it in for! We were given estimates for everything and were able to approve or decline any work from our cell phone! It was very convenient! Great establishment! “I have used Jon’s EZ Lube a few times for oil changes & a vehicle inspection. They are always fast, courteous and affordable.
The last time I was there, I overheard the young woman who was answering the phone calm the caller who was worried about not arriving in time for an oil change before Jon’s closed. The employee assured her they would get her taken care of and asked her not to rush and to drive safely. It stuck out to me as unique because I’ve heard many other businesses just tell customers to come the next day. Feels like Jon really cares about customers and he’s amassed a staff who share that value.”

“Our old reliable 2000 Ford Expedition finally decided to have a problem and after consulting a couple of local friends we ended up having her towed to Lorentz in Lewisville....They replaced the serpentine belt and turned her up...They also fixed a couple of minor things we had put on the back burner...Everyone was so gosh darn nice and SO knowledgeable...Kept us informed and we were in and out !!!!....Fairly priced...We will be back and tell others about our experience for sure !!!!!......Charlie and Debbie”

“My son had problems with his car on Friday afternoon when he was going to come home for Thanksgiving break. We called our insurance roadside assistance and the wait was 90 minutes. After 30 minutes this was cancelled and the time restarted. We were getting anxious about getting the vehicle to the dealership before it closed. The dealership told us that they always used B&O towing so we cancelled our roadside assistance claim and called B&O towing. They answered the phone immediately and someone was there within 15 minutes. His car was loaded up and arrived at the dealership without any problems. The person on the phone and the operator who came out to tow the car were both so nice! While nobody wants to need to have their car towed, I definitely would use B&O again as their service made a bad situation tolerable.”

“Awesome place to work with! Had my check engine light come on and they were able to schedule me within the first business day plus they diagnosed and fixed everything within just a couple of hours. On top of that, they fixed a problem my car has had for years for $80 when I was quoted over $1000 by the Toyota dealership. They truly wanted to do a good job instead of marking up products and labor prices. Reasonable pricing, quality work, and great customer service!!! “My son’s car wouldn’t crank up and he lives there in Denton Tx. I called Haynes garage from Alabama and told him what the car was doing. I myself thought it could be the starter. He said he could have it towed to shop diagnose it for me and let my son know what was wrong with it. The tow truck was there within and hour or less. After they got it to the shop and found a bad battery wire connection . He got my son going within 30 minutes of having it at the shop. There’s nothing like your kid being Hundreds of miles away with car trouble and not being able to look at it myself. We have found a Shop that he will be coming back to for all his car needs. Thanks Again Guys for getting him back on the road and not costing an arm or leg! Mr Phillips.”

On a previous trip to Colorado with my family, my check engine light came on, and I foolishly went to another shop with great Google ratings. They quoted me over $4,000 for a catalytic converter replacement and piled on unnecessary recommendations totaling another $6,000. Seriously? [attached quote from the other shop - NOT FROM B&B MUFFLER] That’s when I remembered my awesome experience with Dan at B & B Muffler.
I called him up, and he was incredibly honest, asking if I felt the car losing power. He advised me to keep driving and mentioned it could just be a bad oxygen sensor. His advice allowed me to enjoy my vacation without the stress of costly repairs. Turns out, I didn’t need any fixes until today! We even managed to tackle Independence Pass without a hitch.
