Waco Texas: I'd give him ZERO stars if I could. We do not recommend TNT Moving Services. June 2018 we moved and used TNT Moving Services because they were the only ones who agreed to pack and move my stained glass studio. The owner said he was licensed and insured, and he promised he'd bring that paperwork later to show me. This never occurred. Many other promises were made; all of them broken. He said he'd wrap all our expensive furniture and take special care with all of our antiques. There was significant damage to our belongings. Two brand new Ethan Allen couches $3500 each, both are badly damaged: torn and scuffed upholstery. 9'x13' $10k Ethan Allen area rug ripped due to improper rolling and being stepped on repeatedly by the movers while rolled; TemperPedic beds both the base and mattress material: damaged and dirty, as well electrical cords being severed; dented dining room table; matching buffet: finished badly damaged; finish damaged of our large cherry wood wine cellar (they put packing tape directly on the wood and did not wrap it with pads); scuffed hardwood floors and dented walls of the home we were leaving, as well as scuffed hardwood floors in our new home. Broken dishes, shattered glass pitcher (an irreplaceable wedding gift), as well as other household items; a broken antique hutch and damaged OLD flower ceramic holder (belonging to my now deceased Mother); 68 sheets of stained glass broken (some shattered, some irreplaceable); four stained glass panels broken; 6'x4' custom built wood studio table RIPPED in half, plus many missing items.

Waco Texas: Do not recommend TNT Moving Services. Last year we hired TNT Moving Services for our major move. The owner said he was licensed and insured, and he promised he'd bring that paperwork later to show me. He never did. Many other promises were made; all of them broken. He said he'd wrap all our expensive furniture and take special care with all of our antiques. There was significant damage to our belongings. Two brand new Ethan Allen couches $3500 each: both are badly damaged with torn and scuffed upholstery. 9'x13' $10k Ethan Allen area rug ripped due to improper rolling and being stepped on by the movers while rolled; TemperPedic beds both the base and mattress material: damaged and dirty, as well electrical cords being severed; dented dining room table; matching buffet: finished badly damaged; damaged large cherry wood wine cellar; scuffed hardwood floors and dented walls of the home we were leaving, as well as scuffed hardwood floors in our new home. Broken dishes, shattered glass pitcher (an irreplaceable wedding gift), as well as other household items; a broken antique hutch (my Mother's); 68 sheets of stained glass broken, some shattered, some irreplaceable; four stained glass panels broken; 6'x4' custom built wood studio table ripped in half, PLUS MANY MISSING ITEMS! Three months later after meeting with the owner (who was abusive & insulting, telling us it was our fault that so many things were damaged) he promised to file a claim with his insurance company; one month after this he stopped responding to all communications including a certified letter. We are not the only people he has done this to.

First off, the quote I received from the owner was way off and incorrect on what each person cost. Not everything was moved and I had to hire another moving company to finish the job. Many precious items were broken and thrown about. Movers kept begging to have this or that out of my house while they were in the process of moving me! I had prepared to pay for the move around a certain ballpark I was given. When I received the bill, it was literally over $1k more! The owner got mad and said if I didn't pay, then he was going to sue me. I was more stuck on the sticker shock and how my belongings were treated Not professional at all! I paid fully that day to get them out of my hair. I won't ever use this company again due to a lack of integrity and professionalism. The service and treatment was absolutely horrible!

I have used TNT 3 times for moving and packing. They are careful and efficient. I am always pleased with their work.

I've used TNT moving for 5 moves over 3 years, and was previously thrilled with their service and employees. This last move has changed that, and I have to warn potential customers to stay away.

Trent was a nice and helpful on the phone and answered my questions that I had. The men he sent out were great. They wrapped my furniture up in pads and put wrap on it. Was a great experience. I had moved with another in town compay before and this by far was superior.

If you are thinking about moving please take my advise. From experience they were way under staff. Several things were broken and several items did not make it to my house. The only thing that we were told was that we did receive everything and the only thing he would replace was a rocking chair that was damaged. Three months later we were told that they had a rocking chair but he did not know how to get it to us. We felt that he called us a liar and was very rude.

This company moved my mom and dad from Waco Tx to Houston Tx. They did an excellent job. Very professional and courteous movers. I recommend them if you have anything to move.

I would not recommend this company to anyone who has antique furniture. I moved six houses down the street. The owner and six men showed up the morning of the move. After telling the men what to do, I never saw the owner again until he came to my house to look at the damages done to my furniture. The men were nice and friendly but seemed more interested in joking around than moving my belongings. These are the damaged items that I have found so far. **The top decorative pieces of a grandfather's clock, that has been in my family for almost 300 years, were broken off. A piece of trim was broked off and put inside of the base of the clock. There are several new scratches all over the clock. One of the hands of the face of the clock was off. **Two library tables were scratched **A custom-made wooden dog ramp was scratched in many places. **The black door on my front loading washing machine had a few places that were white. **A wheel was broken off of an office chair. **A wooden wheel was broken off of a library table, I called the owner and asked him to come over and look at the damages. He did. When I showed him that some of decorative pieces had been broken off of the grandfather's clock, he informed me that everything is shrink wrapped and then wrapped in moving pads. "Sometimes with the older furniture things will get broken" was his reply. If the piece was shrink wrapped, they should have seen the pieces that had broken off when they unwrapped it. If they had left them for me, I could try to repair the damage. He did re-attach a piece of trim that I found in the bottom of the clock. If it was placed into the bottom of the clock, the men had to know that it had come off. Why not say something to me about it instead of hiding it. "Hmmm" was the response I got when I showed him all of the new scratches on the clock. When I showed the owner the scratches on the dog ramp and the two library tables, I was told what product I could buy in order to cover them up. He said he would try to find a wooden wheel for me for the library table. I've yet to hear back from him on that. He told me what to use on the washer door to remove the paint that had gotten on it. I had what he told me to use. I gave it and a rag to him so he could remove the marks. He got them off! I want to know how the washing maching door got white paint on it. They had to go back for the washer and dryer after everything else was unloaded from the truck. Dirty pads? I had already discarded the office chair by the time he was here so I did not mention it to him. I wasn't expecting a refund of any kind. I did expect him to show just a little concern for my belongings and the damage that had occurred. He did not. It would have been nice if he had provided me with the product he suggested I use to cover all of the scratches. It was less than $15 dollars when I ordered it. I did expect an apology. I did not receive one. I would never have left this review if the owner had shown any compassion or remorse at all. Unfortunately, he did not.

Do not recommend. Broke our bedframe so badly it had to be trashed (all of the support beams were ripped from the rest of the framework). It happens, I was being understanding, but when I spoke with the company, owner included, they all but accused me of lying about the condition of the bed prior to the move, saying it was "in real bad shape before they moved it". It was not, and they're was nothing wrong with the support beams prior to moving, and we reviewed the logistics of moving it with the movers in person prior to them moving it. It seemed like they just didn't want to compensate anything, not even a dollar, for the fact that my furniture broke on their watch. What good is is a professional moving company with insurance if they refuse to honor it? Consider that before you consider using these movers, that's all I'm saying.
