Another great day at RDO EQUIPMENT came in to pickup trl. And the guys help me store my chains and binders, have to load in RDO Hewitt tx. Then go to RDO mankato MN. Then go to fargo and drop trailer then go to towmaster to pickup new trailer. As usual the employees rock always help.

I took my Backhoe and a hydraulic pump to RDO in Hewitt. Specifically told them the pumps keep getting too much pressure intermittently and that I had replaced it 4 times with a country mechanic. Gave them his number so they would know it was not a bad pump issue. They kept it a couple days and called to tell me it was repaired. When I asked what the problem was they told me the previous pumps were just bad! Paid $3,000 for them to install a pump that I supplied and it should have taken less than three hours to install. After 4 hours of operating my Backhoe on a big job.... the pump was destroyed again! When I called them they offered nothing in the way of assistance! I have since purchased another Backhoe from RDO in North Texas but They will have to get right with me after taking that much money for three hours of work and not listening before I remove this post and ever use the shop in Hewitt again! I had to deal with three separate folks to get the bad service and one was out of Austin because they are so disorganized! ?
