I purchased a power wheels 4x4 for my grandson. I verified the instore warranty ,which I was told by management 90 days. Upon less then 30 days trouble began with the merchandise. Friday nov.3rd I called twice and spoke with Martha who verified, as long as I had original receipt the return for exchange would be honored. Iam 45 minutes away. I arrived that Friday evening only to be refused by Robert Coach to exchange product. He explained how it had dirt on wheels and no extended warranty purchase. He did not care that the 90 days in store warranty was in effect. He gave us the 1800 walmart and refused and sent us on our way. Such a horrible experience from someone who is in a position of representing such a great store. Clearly, doesn't understand his identity of position. I've shared this ignorance by walmart lead people. Definitely, will not by returning to this store because of employees like Robert Coach.!

We are traveling back to Missouri after watching our son graduate Airforce BMT. Our tire had a small hole in it. We brought our SUV to this location hoping they could help, considering it was Sunday and nothing is open and we had 10 more hours to drive. Unfortunately due to their rules, they couldn't patch it and didn't have our size tire. They offered ZERO suggestions only excuses. My father, husband and father in law had to purchase a plug kit and fix it next to their building. It was raining and cold. They had the entire facility open and never offered to have us pull it in to protect them from the rain. I have never witnessed such poor character from employees like this. Very disheartening. If you have a LOCAL tire shop, PLEASE SUPPORT THEM AND NOT THIS CORPORATION.

My sister and I were on our first solo long road trip, and a 18-wheeler's tire had blown out in front of us and a piece of the tire knocked a piece of her front bumper, causing it to hang down. Luckily, we were right by the Walmart and decided to go in and asked for help at the auto-center. The Service Manager was very helpful and great, and they fixed the front bumper for free! Although the situation wasn't ideal, we were very grateful to be right next to the Walmart and for their generous help!

My car broke down and TJ in auto center went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. It was by far the best customer service experience I have ever received at Walmart. Walmart definitely needs more people like TJ working there. Thank you again!

Very bad, I called the main number and nobody answered. I called back and tried to ring other departments and nobody answers the phone. Not good customer service.

Mary was super helpful at the fabric counter yesterday! Technology was not cooperating but she was patient and figured out the issue. I appreciated her kind and helpful service!!
