Today at this O'Reilly's store, CARLOS gave me incredibly outstanding service removing my old battery and installing a new one, which proved to be difficult because it was hard to get to. He was Very Helpful, Knowledgeable and Very courteous. CARLOS is a Very valuable asset to this business.
