This is our 3rd Veteranary office we've worked with in Waco. We absolutely love Dr. Brannan and the staff. We initially started going for chiropractic care and have had such a great experience, I decided to switch all the puppers over to her care. The energy is so peaceful every time we go in. I can see a huge difference in my dogs' anxiety when going to the vet. They are still nervous of course but Dr. Brannan and the vet technicians always take their time making the fur babies comfortable before proceeding and are super gentle with them. Also, the pricing is fair and they are always up front about everything and do not charge for unnecessary services. I'm really happy we found her!

Compassionate, caring staff - first rate treatment for our 10 year old Yorkie.
Sadly, we had to have our beautiful 11 year-old Yorkie put to sleep recently. All the staff at the hospital was so loving and caring about BJ and they sent such a beautiful condolences card. I can never thank them enough for the wonderful, loving care and treatment they gave him. I will always miss our sweet puppy and pray he will forgive me and greet me in heaven with love.

My wife took our 15 year old terrier mix, Vivi, to Hewitt Veterinary Hospital to have her go be with God. The staff had taken care of Vivi for years. They were so compassionate, caring and understanding. A few weeks after losing our friend Vivi, the staff sent us a handwritten card with all the staff's thoughts and prayers. May God bless all the loving hands and hearts that work at Hewitt Veterinary Hospital. They are all true Angels!

We are not at all impressed with this Clinic anymore I have been going there throughout the years And this last time I came in to have my p u p py's leg looked at because he was limping the vet was very nice however I was overcharged for the x-ray the Vet said it was not necessary to have it sent out anywhere to be looked at any further .Subsequently I was charged an additional charge for the X-Ray to be examined by the Vet when it should have been part of the exam fee and . I had been taking my dogs and cats throughout the years to thisClinic and I even went as far as talking to the manager and she refused to take the charge off so I will not be coming back.

Our 15 year-old cat was at the end of her life and we made the difficult decision to let her pass.The staff was so compassionate, offering me time to spend with our little Bella as she passed and allowed me privacy as I composed myself.I have faced this situation before with other pets but I have never experienced this level of care, concern and compassion from a veterinarian or a clinic.Thank you Hewitt Veterinary Hospital from the bottom of my heart. =^..^= ❤️?
