I recently visited Great Clips and had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members. The person who assisted me was not only unwelcoming but also treated me quite rudely, with an unpleasant expression that made me feel very uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect to be greeted with a friendly smile and a welcoming attitude, but unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit.
I strongly recommend that the site manager provide some coaching to the staff on the importance of customer service. A simple smile and a courteous demeanor can make a huge difference in the overall experience. I hope to see improvements in the future, as I’ve had better experiences at other locations.

My husband came back with the worst haircut. He said she "thinned out" out the back sides. It was not even cut above ears or layered anywhere. Not sure what she got paid for.

I'd like to get my haircut first thing in the morning when they open to try and alleviate having to wait. They also have a pretty cool automated system for reservations. This particular Great Clips is run by a bunch of people who do not care do not turn on the reservation system and wait till 15 to 20 minutes after opening hours to actually open the store. This is happened to me on more than one occasion at this exact location I'm over it they lost me as a customer.
