Sales person Rachel is absolutely wonderful! We appreciated that she is not at all pushy, but rather sympathetic to our needs/wants while still providing us with honest opinions and information. There were a couple hiccups, but the sales manager Derrick reached out and explained the things we were confused about in a way that made sense to us and we appreciate his help and understanding.

Customer service non existent. We were told look around they will come and check on you we seen the guy one time and he said I'll go get a list of what we have with the features your looking for and bring some waters and that was the last we seen of him. We found a rv we really really liked too there but no salesman/saleswoman so no sale. So avoid here unless you wanna be treated like dog poo on a shoe. But if you want amazing Customer service and attention the definitely go to Crestview Rv if they ain't got it there they will get it there! Josh was absolutely amazing at Crestview Rv so was everyone at Crestview.

Stopped in to borrow a ladder to fix a slide seal on our BRAND NEW camper. Jake and his team jumped in to help replace the seal with a brand new one without asking. 5 stars to the SERVICE dept. Just hard working guys who want to help fix problems and make customers happy.

All I have to say is that when you are looking for a RV at Fun Town you need to request Adam Alexander. He understood the assignment, was very knowledgeable of all products on the sales lot, is equipped to effectively communicate, which is a huge benefit. Adam addressed all our questions and concerns as they arose, and he ultimately instilled confidence in our purchase and in the value of the product we chose.

Keala made it very easy to find a travel trailer in our price range that met our needs. He listened to what we wanted and offered us great options to look at. Keala made the process of valuing our current travel trailer for trade in a simple process. We felt comfortable with the entire process.

My wife and I purchased our first travel trailer just recently from Fun Town RV, let me begin by saying how happy we are that we made this decision. For those of you on the fence on getting a travel trailer....... DO IT!!! It's just the wife and I, we do a lot of traveling for recreation, both inner city, and out off the beaten path. I guess we decided to seriously start looking somewhere around 6 months ago. Once we decided it was something we where serious about we went to a few different places and looked around, to get a feel for price and what not. Nothing really got our eye, price wise or any other. So we kept looking. One day we went to Fun Town RV there off 35 in Waco and Joshua asked us as soon as we walked up to the front door if we had been helped yet, the rest is history in the making. We absolutely love our little trailer, but something I will tell first time buyers, Get more room and amenities then you think you need. Once you get out there on the road and start realizing you need more it's too late. Don't you worry though I am certain that the great folks at Fun Town will take great of you!!!

We had a pleasant experience at Fun Town RV in Waco from our wonderful salesman Jorge Cadena who kept us informed through the process until we picked up our new Rockwood Mini lite 2205S. Jorge has continued to check in with us after pick up to make sure we are still pleased and to make sure we are having no issues . If we are ever in the market again this is where we would go back to.
