  I've shipped to Riesel Texas w FudEx in the past and had no problems. I shipped a box of Christmas presents to our kids that left Arizona on December 26th and were on a truck out for delivery from the Hewitt Texas station on December 29th but were never delivered...apparently it's too difficult for Fed to find the package.   Bead from ground UPS Hewitt is not doing his job gave me the wrong package when I flagged his truck down he literally yelled at me and said fine I’ll take the package back so beyond rude to me

  Says my package is undeliverable saying it damaged. But yet fedex says not sending it back to sender and sender won't give refund until they recieve item back. It's a $2000 item
