Manager Brittany & Daisia was extremely rude and unprofessional. Went to store at 12p and the store was closed doors locked. The store was supposed to be open at 9am. Brittany came in with a complete attitude.

Right now on Monday 6:56 pm sept.12 the store is closed .the lady won't say nothing don't have a sign stating why .just looking out the window with customers watching from out side..( at least put a note on the door) so mad..

Cashier was on on personal cell ph WHILE checking out customers in line. 4 customers had to ck out with her while she was on her petsonal cell. Bit unprofessional and non efficient!!?

Lori Baker, the store manager of this location, has got to be one of the most disrespectful people on the planet. Very rude to everyone. Even defends an employee who is obviously giving customers under table favors. As a former employee of this location told me that she even went out of her way to falsify an incident regarding a male employee by accusing him of assaulting her while she was in it the entire time and that Lori Baker lied to him by giving him this sad sob story about how her and another manager who he was suppose to replace as a manager were getting too old to do the heavy lifting and all he was doing was cashiering while she spent the 5 months he was there to doing nothing but cashiering then Lori would trash talk about him behind his back and defending the employee who was causing the issues.

My son purchased some batteries with cash and accidentally bought the wrong size, and when we went to return the items bought with cash, I was told I had to give them my phone number, name, and home address. I told the cashier I’d rather not and was forced to to make the return. No one should be forced to hand over their information if they don’t want to. Terrible business practice.

I was trying to buy lemonade with my card (I’m a minor so I have one of those parent credit card things) and I was trying to pay for it but the guy there wanted ID, and so I call my dad for assistance and the guy claims I was trying to buy cigarettes! No one in my family smokes nor do my friends, so I have no reason too (plus it’s bad for your lungs)!

Its the cleanest Family Dollor around always has been. So its easy to shop there for the most part...but there are no minorities working there witch is kind of odd

Very rude older lady in there. I was so shocked and left the store. They were not welcoming at all and when I was asking questions she ignored me initially and then wouldn't look up from what she was doing. I know we live in a jacked up world however treat everyone equal and have better customer service.
