The people here are so friendly. They will help you out with anything you need. Me personally I love the ice cream that they have at this store. You can’t find it anywhere else.

I have ALWAYS absolutely loved my experience here at this Dollar Tree. I shop this one because we live off of Hewitt Drive. I frequent this store because I’ve always enjoyed the cleanliness and friendliness of it. Today I came in and there was an elderly female employee with short hair that I’d never seen before. I needed to return a lantern and rug that I had just purchased the previous day because it didn’t work with our porch. I wanted to exchange them for other items. I asked the employee if it was okay for me to set the bag down. She proceeded to ask if I had the receipt and I said no, but I wanted to exchange the items. She continued to embarrass me in front of the entire store treating me like I had just stolen the items. I told her I come in here often and the tall manager helps me out. She argued with me and said there was no tall manager that worked there. She also phoned the manager to come to the store all because I didn’t have a receipt. At this point I felt so uncomfortable in the store, I went to grab my things but before doing so an elderly customer begin yelling at me. He belittled me in front of the other customers. I am horrified by their actions. I am a 40 year old woman, but despite my age should have been treated with kindness and not like a thief. I will be returning to the store to bring back my items. I have reported this employee to corporate as well.

Good place to buy candy, popcorn, little office supplies, cards, a lot of other stuff, especially holiday decorations that are cute and inexpensive.

Loved the cleanliness & extremely friendly cashier. She greeted me & welcomed every customer coming in after work hours. I found what I was looking for & asking her fur specific item price, she was knowledgeable in everything. Really didn't struggle to find anything. All the isles are clean organized & labeled . My first time there & I'm legally blind. So it was a quick nice shopping experience! Great job! Thanks

This young black lady was very unprofessional didn’t great me when I walked in I did my shopping went to check out asked if they had an item she said no if their not on the shelf and then pointed and asked if I left ice cream on the shelf. I said excuse me I wouldn’t do that I work in retail. It caught me off guard I was not rude at all to begin with like who does she think she is? This young girl needs to be taught customer service and some hospitality. We live in Texas for Christ sakes.
