We brought our dog here that had passed away to be cremated. We had no idea what we were doing and I was very devastated. They were so nice, understanding, and helpful. After receiving our lazy boys ashes we received a card in the mail that everyone had signed and it was so incredibly sweet. I have also brought my other pup here for all his vaccines and any other issue and they’ve been so nice!

We took our 9 week old healthy puppy to HVH for a check-up. They gave him a full set of vaccines and dewormer that he had already had (even though we provided his records) plus an extra dewormer. He developed gastroenteritis and vomiting which led to aspiration pneumonia. We had to follow up with an emergency vet where he was admitted for an overnight stay. When we followed up with HVH they failed to get his history or read the records from the emergency vet and repeated multiple tests that had already been done. Our puppy died 11 days after we first took him to Hewitt Veterinary Hospital due to side effects from overmedication because they do not listen/read pet histories and records.

They did a phenomenal job handling my very skittish senior dog for her first appointment today, despite the restrictions from only doing curbside drop offs. Total professionals!

My doggos have been patients of Hewitt Veterinary Hospital since 2007. Each of the Drs there have given my fur babies the best, most loving, & humane care a pet parent could wish for! I've had routine vet care for my babies , dental care as they aged, & loving end of life care. I recommend Hewitt Veterinary Hospital with 5 stars

The folks at Hewitt Veterinary Hospital care about their patients and their patients' caretakers. My cat, Charlie, had a problem and I called for an appointment. I know it probably isn't standard but Charlie was seen 15 minutes later and most of that was drive time to get there. He was seen within minutes and not long after, he and I were on our way home. The next day I received a follow-up call. Charlie is just one of four that I entrust to the care of these folks. They are wonderful.

All of the veterinarians and staff who have treated my dogs in the past have been great. However, I want to add a special "Thank you" to Dr. Lesley Holidy, who recently diagnosed and treated my dog Reno for a dangerous condition called Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis (HGE). Dr. Holidy has gone out of her way in helping Reno to recover. I especially appreciate her extra time and patience with a very worried me, and her genuine concern for Reno. I only wish that I could give her more than five stars!

Hewitt Veterinary Hospital was so supportive during the 8 hours of care for Honey, especially compared to the emergency clinic the night before. The sweet vet (I don't remember her name) that helped us help Honey over the Rainbow Bridge appeared almost as upset as us. Before we went in there was this candle with a sign by it that said, "if you see this candle lit, someone is saying good by to their fur-baby...or something else of the sort." Professional and seems to really care for pets. Approachable and courteous. Good to personally follow up by phone calls if treating our dogs for problems.
