Purchased a used camper and since it was rainy they pulled it in to the building to do a walkthrough. While we were doing the walkthrough one of their employees lowered the garage door a little so that when I went to pull out of the building it broke the skylight and tv antenna. They were quick to fix the problems they caused but told me the sealer they used on the roof needed to stay dry for 3-4 hours then it would be good. Well it stayed dry for 8 hours before it started raining. We were in Oklahoma city by then, and within minutes the water started dripping from the supposedly fixed skylight. Took it to a dealership in OKC who said that kind of sealer has to stay warm and dry for 24 hours before it can be driven and 48 hours before it cures totally. Had to spend an extra day in OKC waiting for it. Crestview misinformed me so they would not lose the sale, knowing I would be far away before I realized I had been lied to.
The second issue was even more bothersome. I asked if they could do what's called a springover and mount the axels below the leaf springs for more clearance. The tech said they could, as if it's not uncommon. Later, a different tech said no, we can't do it. I took it into a local trailer shop near home, and as they were inspecting it for the springover they found cracks in the welds that attach the leaf springs to the frame and a couple small cracks in the frame itself. I think I know why they had a change of heart about doing it there. I had to have a welder spend several hours making the trailer safe again.
The third insult, and the reason I finally decided to write a review was partly my fault for not doing a thorough enough inspection on a rainy muddy day. I went to extend the stabilizer jacks for the first time yesterday and found the screws in the front two were just bent enough that they will not lower. I will not believe they did not find this when taking it in on trade, and do believe they kept quiet when I didn't find it myself on the lot.
Unprofessional and dishonest. If you find a good deal there be very wary and thorough, they will hide problems and you will be stuck with them.

Would never purchase from them because of the unprofessional parts department.

While it wasn’t a pleasant 3 weeks without my RV, Crestview was able make sure processes were expedited. One small hiccup which cost me 5 extra days and headaches because of warranty and the whole warranty work up process, I will never understand. All is well now that I have my RV back!! Thank you Camron Johnson for all of your hard work.

Camron , David Sparkman, and the technician Jacob that performed the work on my RV are Crestview Waco best assets and I commend them for their excellent customer service My RV and myself was treated with the utmost respect and everything was fixed and taken care of. The technician that did the work explained everything to me and helped me get loaded up and be able to leave if I was his manager I would make sure he gets a good raise to keep him there. The Waco group needs to teach the Georgetown group customer service skills and how to treat customers. Good job Crestview Waco !!!!
Cameron let me know if I named the wrong technician so I can edited this and name the technician that did the great work.

This was our first camper purchase and the entire staff made sure to assist in every way possible. Antonio was amazing during our browsing stage, knew all the specs of the ones we liked and we never felt pressured to buy from him. He’s a great sales guy, highly recommend! Unlike a neighboring RV lot who pressured us from the beginning, Crestview gave us the time and space to really get a good feel of what would work for us.
The buying process was fast & simple but very detailed and informative. When our new camper was ready for pickup, Jacob was very patient with us as we learned all the details we would need on the walk through. Him and the other great service tech there that day (I can’t remember his name unfortunately) were on top of the installation of our hitch, made sure our camper brake control was up and running and just overall an awesome pair to work with. Thank you to the entire team at Crestview for your amazing service and support.

Crestview RV in Waco is superb! We took our camper (Winnebago Travato camper-van) there today for some repairs and I would like to commend the technician, Jacob, for excellent work and also outstanding customer service. He is so knowledgeable and articulate. He did a great job explaining everything he did and also patiently answered other questions we had. I also want to commend Cameron, the service dept manager. He is patient, organized, and works hard to get our RV scheduled as soon as possible. No repair or question is too small. It is so nice to be able to get such wonderful service right here in Waco. In the past, we usually had to travel to Dallas-Fort Worth or even farther to get this kind of great service.

Josh is an incredible individual who helped me and my family get set up with the perfect travel trailer for our needs. He was very thorough and answered any questions that we had and allowed us to look at several different trailers until we found the right one. Additionally, when we came to do our walk through, Jordan had an answer for every question that we could think of and then some. He shot us straight on what to avoid and gave us some very helpful tips as first time trailer owners to make sure that we can enjoy our trailer for many years to come.If you are looking for an rv in the Waco area, crestview is the place to go! 10/10.

I recommend Crestview RV in Waco who can answer all your questions about how to properly adjust and hook up an E2 trailer sway hitch. I called their office number and asked if they can adjust my trailer sway hitch to my new truck. To my surprise the service advisor,Camron, booked me an appointment the next day in the morning. He hooked me up with Roy, the technician. Roy properly adjusted and reattached my hitch to my trailer. His experience and expertise made me fill confident in the adjustments he made. Also,Roy did a wall around my trailer and gave me some excellent advice on how to maintained my rv. Everyone whom I came in contact had great customer service and understood my concerns. Again, I would recomend Crestview RV in Waco for all rv repairs and needs.

Above & Beyond!Although we live 150 miles away, we first chose this dealership because of selection. We stayed engaged and ultimately chose to purchase from Crestview because of their amazing salesperson, Josh. He didn't tell us what we wanted to hear, but rather respected us by sharing what we needed to hear and know. Josh and his dealership first went beyond for us in this purchase by accommodating what was essentially a long close on the deal due to some events that we were facing personally. Thank you. Once the deal was closed and we returned to pick the camper up, Corbin went beyond to ensure that everything was in tip-top shape and that we were hitting the road with everything that we needed. 30 miles into our trip home our truck failed and we found ourselves somewhat stranded. A quick call to Josh and Team Crestview went beyond yet again. Their tech (Sterling if I remember correctly) went out of his way to drive to us, pick up the camper, and return it to their lot for a few days while we got our truck repaired. There are so many RV dealerships, who essentially sell the same floor plans just made by different companies. What sets these dealership apart for us isn't the floor plan, or even pricing, but rather relationships. Crestview sets the bar in this area. Thanks, y'all.

My husband & I purchased our 1st trailer from Crestview. When we picked it up for the 2nd time (we had some issues with the truck we used to pick it up the 1st time), we had to get a different hitch for the weight distribution system. Corbin and Jordan were so kind in helping us out and getting it all re-installed. They were so patient since they basically had to reinstall it twice! You guys are awesome!!!

My husband and I bought an RV from Crestview a few months ago and were so happy with the entire process. We looked at so many and asked so many questions. We were very wishy washy with what we wanted and struggled to make a decision. Everyone at Crestview was so patient with us and happily answered all our questions and let us continue to look as much as we wanted. They understood that it is a big purchase and commitment and didn’t put any pressure on us to buy before we were ready. The ONLY thing we would change is making their parking lot concrete or asphalt. When the time comes to trade ours in and get a newer one, we will definitely go back to Crestview Waco.

Called them about consignment for a very nice Redwood and after talking with them once never heard back from them. Called up there again and was told they would have someone call me back, still nothing! They are not even professional enough to call you back to say they can't help us, they just leave you hanging! I wouldn't do busy with them ever.
