I called and spoke to Richard at 4:30. He sent the driver to get the battery I needed right then. When I arrived, they were waiting for me. I purchased an air filter, cabin filter, and wiper blades. I planned to do them myself. He insisted on his staff doing their job. I dealt with 2 other places this weekend, hands down Richard provided old school customer service. I am so happy I found them. Will definitely use them exclusively. Cannot thank them enough!?

Finally found a corporate backed parts store with great down home people behind the counter . Got a $6.00 part and $100.00 worth of technical help. Customers are still appreciated at the Hewitt Car Quest .

LA did a fabulous job taking care of us!! We needed to get our brakes done on my car and didn’t get parts ordered until the last minute. He had the parts in overnight by early Saturday morning and the pricing and service was unbeatable.We recommend Carquest Hewitt ? %

I was missing M8 x 1.25 bolts for my skid plate. I called ahead and they had the part waiting for me to pick up. It was just what i was missing. Nice to have something on this side of Hewitt.
