“I called and spoke to Richard at 4:30. He sent the driver to get the battery I needed right then. When I arrived, they were waiting for me. I purchased an air filter, cabin filter, and wiper blades. I planned to do them myself. He insisted on his staff doing their job. I dealt with 2 other places this weekend, hands down Richard provided old school customer service. I am so happy I found them. Will definitely use them exclusively. Cannot thank them enough!?”
